It was a lovely stay from the friendly staff at the front desk (and glass of champagne welcome!), to the clean and comfortable room, to the chic Left Bank neighborhood all outside your door. I loved it! Walked all around the city never needing a cab anywhere, I would stay there again and look forward to it!

What a lovely last-minute stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. My flight landed earlier than expected, and the warm greeting — complete with a glass of champagne — was so appreciated. The front desk team were impeccable: kind, attentive, and immediately made me comfortable. They even directed me to a private area to change and freshen up while my room was being prepared.

When I returned later that evening after exploring the charming 6th arrondissement, I found my room ready with a personalized note and a sweet treat — such a thoughtful touch. The room itself, while cozy in size, was exactly what I needed: spotless, comfortable, and stocked with bottled water and excellent amenities.

Room service that night was exceptional — the food arrived promptly, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Checkout was seamless; the team even arranged my taxi and confirmed the details with care.

I’ve stayed in many places in Paris, but this one truly stands out for its warmth, service, and attention to detail. A hidden gem that feels personal and special in every way. 100/10 — can’t wait to return!

A perfect place to stay in Paris! I walked everywhere ...Musee D'Orsay, St Germain, Louvre, L'Orangerie, botanical gardens, Notre Dame. Staff were very welcoming & helpful.

We had an amazing time and could not praise the staff or Hôtel more, the welcome was amazing and no ask was too much. The location is excellent, being a stone’s throw from the Louvre and Place de la Concorde. Only tiny things were no red wine on the honesty bar and the lights in the room bathroom were quite bright so may need a dimmer.

Very charming and pretty hotel in a quiet area of Paris that is close to everything. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. A complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival was icing on the cake. I was delighted to stay at Hotel D'Orsay and will definitely be back the next time I am in Paris.

The staff was great! The bathroom was a bit small but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet

This a lovely hotel with a spacious room. The lobby was a soothing respite after a long day of walking. It is extremely close to Museum D’Orsay, a lovely park and good restaurants. We so appreciated the kind and knowledgeable staff, especially Adabi (probably misspelled, sorry). He saved us by getting us a taxi to the airport when we couldn’t secure one with G7 or Uber. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful hotel, great location. The staff were wonderful.

Room was extremely small and inconvenient door to toilet too heavy. Made it very difficult to get to restroom. Tv on wall area made for too tight getting by. Who can use the tv anyway with the size of that room. Too much money for a matchbox size room.

I love this hotel! I've been staying in it since the 1970s (old Solferino). Some of the rooms are tiny small, but overall the hotel is so charming, friendly, French, with a lot of personality. I really love it. And the location can't be beat.
