Sehr gepflege Hotelanlage in perfekter Lage!
Pros:

Der Empfang durch das Rezeptionspersonal war professionell und sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter (Bar, Housekeeping) sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Dusche hatte einen (sehr sauberen) Duschvorhang. Eine Glasabtrennung hätte ich bevorzugt.

Great location for the Christmas Lights
Pros:

From the Champagne they provide at reception, to the valet's attentiveness to charging the car, everything about the hotel is amazing. It is always perfectly situated for the Christmas Lights

21st birthday celebration was a HUGE success thanks to your hotel staff.
Pros:

The location, AMAZING staff and overall vibe of the hotel.
We came to celebrate my daughters 21st and do some ghost hunting. The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been better. They provided champagne at check in, pointed us to recommendations of food and drinks, provided lots of water bottles, mint chocolates at turn down service and the icing on the cake, they send my daughter a birthday card. I will always recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family who visit. Thank you Nadia (please forgive me if I’m misspelling your name) for making her birthday such a memorable one!

Water pressure… everything else was perfect!

Cons:

Valet parking is too expensive. I was charged more than it was showed online when I booked. I did not used a pool or SPA but was charged extras. Room was small and required painting of the walls in the bathroom.

Awesome experience!! Definitely will stay there on our next trip there.
Pros:

Awesome location in the heart of St Augustine. You can walk most places from the resort. Incredible staff from the Front Desk staff to the valet service. Very polite, very professional and friendly.

The only place we ever stay in St. Augustine
Pros:

Casa Monica - our 4th trip to St Augustine and our 4th stay at Casa Monica. There’s nothing negative I can possibly say about our experience.

Parking is valet but the location is so convenient that you never have to take your car out. Rooms are super clean. Service is top notch. There’s no other place I will ever try to compare cause this place wins.

Sam, Head of Security Went Above and Beyond!!
Pros:

We had an unexpected emergency when my mother-in-law fell just outside the property, and the staff at this hotel were incredible. Sam, the head of security, went above and beyond to assist us, providing both medical supplies and calm, reassuring support during a stressful time. His professionalism, kindness, and quick action truly made a difficult situation much easier, and we are so grateful for his help. Sam truly deserves recognition for his service!
