staff was very friendly. Breakfast adequate and airport shuttle service was great.
The room had issues. Ants were spotted in multiple locations. Shower lacked hot water. Facilities were visibly old and needed proper maintenance. AC smelled old as well.
TV wasn't working in my first room and the staff did promptly change/upgrade my room, which was nice.

Me gustó mucho la atención de las señoritas que realizan la limpiezas son muy amables respetuosa y de buena predisposición lo que si las chicas de atención al cliente recepciónista le faltan más preparación para el puesto que ocupan xq todas y todos son algo cerrado no son cordial como para atender al cliente
La falta de empatía por parte de las recepcionista y el desayuno es muy poca calidad tienen que variar no siempre la misma cosa y muy artificial, en la habitación no ofrecen ni una silla para sentarse muy poca comodidad la tele es muy antigua si tenés criatura no tiene YouTube o canal infantil además no se puede comprar y llevar algunos lácteos porque no tiene frigobar

The beds were comfortable and most of the staff were nice.
Well first we had a employee pounding on our door accusing us of stealing chips then when she saw us she told us it was an older person. This was not acceptable to come and accuse is before knowing if it was us.
