Stressful and wasted precious time

I’ve used booking.com several times. I specifically clicked on a double queen room and I have no idea how I ended up with one queen bed. Tried to switch but reception wanted $20 and $32 for parking out 2 cars. I understand the parking fees were disclosed somewhere in my booking but they were not visible or presented clearly at booking. That same day I had a terrible experience with booking a car rental that went all the way south. I was told on the phone voucher did not apply because I am using my phone. Whether phone was glitching that day with hotel booking or car rental booking, it was a stressful experience and waste of time I didn’t have.

Pros:

It’s an old property not worth it.

Cons:

There was no heat, although the AC was working. We called the hotel staff in the middle of the night to fix it, but it took them a long time to arrive. When they tried to fix it while we were in the room, they wasted more time without resolving the issue. We then requested a different room where everything was working properly, but their behavior in handling the situation was very different and unprofessional, which I did not appreciate.

Stay was okay, most annoying part was unstable wifi connection.
Pros:

I liked my room location close to the stairs and the gym room was clean

Cons:

Wifi kept disconnecting from my laptop and iphone. Washer was dirty, mold present on rubber part of washer. Only 3 pillows on bed, I wish there was at least 4.
