I want my money back!
Pros:

This is one of worst hotel I have stayed in. There was such a loud vibrating noise coming from the restaurant that I couldn’t even hear the waves. I booked this hotel to sleep to she sound of waves and all I heard was machines and loud vibrations from their awful electric units supporting their property.

The Ocean

Cons:

I stayed there before, it just seemed like the property has gone down. The front deck person “Lin” was very unhelpful. Not someone I would want to do business with ever again. Rooms need to be cleaned better and carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Great place to stay, close to San Francisco but right on the beach.
Pros:

The view can't be beat! It's right on the ocean. We saw whales breaching from our room. Fantastic!

Cons:

The exterior of the property is showing a lot of rust and weathering.

Liked the location. Right at the beach. Nice walk over the hill and down to next beach.

Cons:

1st night some kind of rumble noise all night long. Got moved to another room where wifi was no good, bed sqeaked and mini split heater wasn't working properly

Hotel and area are amazing. Check in staff in late afternoon need to be terminated.
Pros:

I always stay at the lighthouse when traveling to Pacifica/Bay area because I like the hotel, the moonraker, Breakers and Nicks restaurant, the ocean view and the fog that comes in at night. It almost feels magical if you stay up late and walk outside at night.

Cons:

4 o'clock check in with no chance of early check in. staff hung up on me at minimum 6 times without letting me say one word. Very upset. (During 1-5 pm) pissed me off really bad....

Pros:

The location is sensational. We had an ocean view suite and the ocean was literally just a few yards away. We even had spray on the windows. Whilst they don't serve breakfast, there is an excellent diner, Breakers, just outside the door. The room was large and had everything we needed. Beach walks just outside. I booked this for our first few nights on a US trip as an alternative to using an airport hotel for acclimatisation. One of my best decisions.

Cons:

Ir was a little dated and in need of some refurbinplaces. The in house restaurant served dinners but they were incredibly expensive.
