Disappointed in hotel response
Pros:

Was satisfied, except that I forgot my jewellery on the bathroom counter and when I called to have them hold it for me they said it was not found😟. No one would have checked in yet to our room so it was definitely found by the cleaning staff. I called twice and never even was called back. Very upsetting as it had sentimental value to me .. still waiting to see if they call.
