I'd steer clear unless they do more renos unless you're a trucker.
Pros:

I can tell this used to be an old grand Hotel serving all the 1950s-70s couples and families traveling in style. Safe to say it's not that anymore, I would definitely say this is a good trucker stop (has a ton of parking for big rigs and good turn round spots) but it's really far out for anyone but people getting stuck last minute while road tripping through.

Cons:

Okayyy so this place is dirty, the shower had black mold in the cracks, it was missing the stopper in the sink and you could see the caked hair in the drain, the headboard had old dander and hair caked behind it on the baseboards, and the carpet was scary to walk on (we wore shoes at all times here which normally I consider a crime), the microwave and fridge looked clean at least (though the mr mic was scorched). Generally very unimpressed with the room, the bed was comfy and there were no signs of bedbugs or other vermin so that's a plus.

Basically if you're a trucker that needs a shower, I'd do it, or a family that's got another 6 hours to go and it's 10 pm go here, but I'd make sure your booking one of the rooms with solid flooring not carpet.

Otherwise there are really nice hotels right by the harbor that are closer to any buses or trains to get out of town that are 30$ more expensive and it's worth it. We aren't traveling with a car so the benefits of this place really aren't there for us.

The breakfast was okay but nothing special, the coffee was mid.

Good value for the money. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Very nice Breakfast. Many options. Nice dining room. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice hot shower.

Reception at desk very nice. Quiet in hotel. Good security.

Cons:

Better towel selection. The shower stall was quite small and tub quite high.

There was a tripping hazard in our room. It was however, marked with a yellow tape.

Hotel was very convenient to go to our concert at the Moncton Casino. (2 minute drive) Great price!
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

No soap dish. Walkway outside to get to the 2nd floor rooms was quite slanted and so felt a bit haphazard. Coffee maker did not work properly and coffee did not come out hot.
