Cons:

start off the room was a hole in the wall no place to hang coat's, no place to open suite cases room very small and cold there was no heat in the room when we got the room i ask for another room and they stated that there was no other room available it cooled in the room but we thought that the heat was turned so we showered and left for our concert when we got back to the room the temp was 16 and cold this was at 1 a.m. the wind was blowing through the air conditioner i had to put towels to stop some of the draft we were cold all night not a very good stay never again will we stay at the HOTEL

Exactly what I needed!
Pros:

I had a couple door key issues and the front desk got them resolved no problem.

Cons:

The body wash bottle was empty in the shower, but no big deal…I just used the bar of soap.

Cons:

The heater in the first room wouldn't heat up the room past 16 degrees so I asked to move to another room that seemed ok at first and then that heater wouldn't heat above 14 degrees while set at 32. This is February in Canada btw!! At least they had extra blankets. Then there was no hot water in the bathroom, and I ran that tap for quite some time. The "free" breakfast is only good if there is some food there. I mentioned to the one sole poor fella who seemed to be in the kitchen and he brought out some scrambled eggs, no hasbrown, beans or sausages were refilled. With such a disappointment between the freezing room and breakfast we will not be returning!
