Great value, clean room, great location
Pros:

We booked to stay for the F1 & the location of the accomm put us a short walk from gate 5 & an even shorter walk to the tram stop & Anzac station. The rooms were clean, bed comfortable. The rooms were cleaned daily (except Saturday which they advised us of). There was washing facilities in our room which was great. The balcony over looked Anzac Park & could see the fireworks at Yarra river at night. The staff were so friendly & accommodated all our requests.

Cons:

The floor we were staying on had a bit of a damp, dated smell to it (not our room, the room was great) & the "wall" separating the balconies was a weird see through metal which is ok if you want to mingle with the neighbours but not so much if you want privacy while on the balcony

Clean, but very dated. Unhappy with service. But location was fabulous.

Cons:

Lifts were broken and despite being informed they were not repaired in the 5 nights we stayed. Also our room key stopped working randomly and had to be replaced. Also the spa was not working either which was one of our reasons for choosing to stay.

loved the location across from the Botanical Gardens. Bus goes to downtown area.Restaurents close
Pros:

everything...quiet room...nice view. Kitchen adequate.

Cons:

The sliding glass door was dirty on the inside and outside.
The tiles in shower needs to have the grout cleaned. There is one tile the grout is missing and allows water to get behind the tile.
