This is such a comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

My room was large and had plenty of space to relax. The kitchenette was great, with all equipment needed. Staying for several nights, the washing machine and clothes dryer were appreciated. The hotel is in a fabulous location, only minutes away from the Arts precinct and the Botanic Gardens.

Cons:

The bathroom is looking tired and having the shower over the bathtub is not great. The air conditioning was initially tricky to master.

Great location and Room would 100% Return
Pros:

The room, the view from our balcony and the bathroom felt clean and modern. We loved the location and the whole feel of the hotel even tho it was a busy weekend it didn't feel chaotic.

Cons:

the only thing whitch isn't the hotel fault but someone staying was clearly smoking in there room and we could smell it through the whole level of our hallway. that's the only complaint other than that 10/10 stay. we will defiantly stay again

Great accomodation at best location for gardens visit and travel on M1 south west.

Disabled rails in tub/shower not secured at the bottom, just the top, not for what it's job is to do. Luckily, my partner pointed this out to me beforehand as I do relay on these rails in wet areas. Good on him.
Slippery tub, we both slipped many times on the rear, smacking our heads on tiles going down. It did hurt, bruises. They do provide suction bath mats that we used. Still very, very, very slippery with it still and a flimsy floppy rail to help you up if you do slip. Everything else was good
