Hotel kameralny stąd przyjemna atmosfera. Obsługa przesympatyczna. Śniadania bardzo dobre i jak dla mnie urozmaicone. Jedynie zwolennicy warzyw na śniadanie mogą czuć się zawiedzeni. Świetna kawa. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jeżeli chodzi o bliskość stadionu Camp Nou oraz metra. Okolica bardzo przyjazna i bezpieczna. Pokoje schludne i czyste. Kaloryfery grzały, więc było nawet za ciepło :)

On my next visit to Barcelona, I will certainly choose a different Hotel.
Pros:

The location is the property’s greatest strength. The hotel is exceptionally well situated, offering convenient access to restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, and other essential services. This aspect stands out as the highlight of the entire stay.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The television was not functioning at all. I requested assistance from the front desk staff, who were unable to resolve the issue. On two separate occasions, I was assured that the problem would be fixed, yet no solution was provided. I requested hot water and had to wait two hours to receive a small amount, which only occurred after I personally went to collect it—despite being told by the staff member that it would be delivered to my room.

When I inquired about the operation of the air conditioning, I was instructed to open the window instead.

During my check-in, the service was merely standard. However, I observed that other guests checking in afterward received welcome chocolates.

I am unsure whether this discrepancy is related to Booking.com, the reservation type, or pricing differences. I understand that hotels may have unwritten policies that differentiate guests based on booking platforms, rates, or similar factors. I am not passing judgment on such practices; however, witnessing them firsthand created a deeply uncomfortable sense of inferiority. I would have gladly paid for the welcome chocolate.

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and helpful with an issue we encountered. The room was as advertised and pictured- it was clean, as were the linens and towels. The breakfast was buffet-style and included meat, cheese, pastries, tortilla española, as well as coffee and juices.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working and the room became hot, uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was very helpful and accommodating- they offered for us to move to a different room, with a functioning air conditioning unit.
