Vriendelijk personeel, rustige en mooie ligging

We willen de 2 dames van het ontbijt en de 2 heren van in de avond in de bloemetjes zetten, zo vriendelijk en aangenaam

Het bed

Cons:

Geen warm water en de afstand naar het centrum viel tegen. Dat was echt niet handig. Na een mail kreeg ik wel nog een deel van het geld terug, dus dat was fijn. Aan de receptie viel de reactie tegen. Ook kon ik alleen een elektrische fiets huren en geen gewone fiets. Ook jammer.

Das Personal bei der Ankunft war nicht in der Lage den Service für ein 4 Sterne Hotel zu vermitteln. Das Zimmer war sehr unzweckmäßig kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad im , es wurde nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass und wo es im Hotel Fahrräder gibt, nach der Anfrage ob wir das Fernsehgerät in deutscher Sprache nutzen können, wurde dies 7verneint, in der Toilette befand sich kein Abfalleimer, nur ein offener Papierkorb!
Am Frühstücksbüffet wurden die frisch gepressten Orangen nicht gewechselt, obwohl der Schimmel schon zu sehen war,
Fussläufig war die Stadt für ältere Personen kaum erreichbar, nur das Taxi konnte uns empfohlen werden.

Quiet and convenient
Pros:

Comfortable beds, enough space, pretty quiet, enough parking, a 15 minutes cycle ride from the town centre, really good breakfast with plenty of variety, very clean.

Cons:

You pay for parking (can't remember if this was clear from the listing). In the day of our stay the restaurant wasn't open . I think there was a small bar menu available instead.
