You got to love Lake Geneva
Pros:

I used to live in Lake Geneva so that's what I like about this hotel. I wish it was a Hilton but it's not anymore.

Cons:

Credit card that was never my issue it was just awkward.

A great weekend and a hotel that I will stay at whenever I’m in Lake Geneva.
Pros:

Great view and friendly staff, though a bit noisy at times.
Pros:

The view from our room was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. The staff was friendly and professional, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Cons:

There were a few issues that impacted our overall comfort. The A/C unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, during our second night, the weather was very windy, and the noise from the roof was unsettling.

While there were definitely positive aspects to our stay, addressing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The bed was holding on by a thread, it made so much noise we couldnt sleep. And it was very uncomphortable

Location location
Pros:

This is a straight to the point Hotel in a great location across from the lake. The staff is very friendly. My room was very clean. The pizza place is closed but they will have a new restaurant coming soon. I can see them working on it now. I will love to come back and visit when the new restaurant comes.

Not good
Pros:

I booked this based on location. It started at $100 and it ended up being $160. Ceiling was falling apart, bed screws were loose, was cold feeling, no breakfast, terrible shampoo/conditioner/soap. Just not a place I would ever recommend.

Dirty, low grade, falling apart.

Beautiful and convenient location!
Pros:

We often visit Lake Geneva for several events such as The Women's Weekend, Oktoberfest and we now just experienced the Winterfest. The location of Harbor Shores is right across from the lake, which gives beautiful views of the park and piers. It is within a block or so walking distance of Main Street, where you can find all of the shops and restaurants. The rooms are always clean and the front desk is always friendly, especially the area where you can help yourself to free coffee and enjoy it on the couch by the fireplace.

Winter Getaway
Pros:

We came up to Lake Geneva with another couple for the snow and ice sculptures during Winterfest. The front desk women were so friendly and helpful and pointed out that they had complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider. The room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. Nice big area to put suitcases and miscellaneous items, the wet bar area with microwave, sink and refrigerator came in handy. The beds and chairs were very comfortable. We had a lakeside room, so fun to see some of the snow sculptures being worked on from our balcony, watching the ice fishermen doing whatever they do and watching the hovercrafts being delivered to the lake, all very entertaining. Great location and is perfect for walking to the snow sculptures, just kiddie corner from the hotel. The hotel is extremely close and easy to walk to shopping and dinner in the downtown area.

It will be nice when the on-site restaurant is finished to grab a bagel in the morning or an appetizer at night. Would definitely come back. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.
