July getaway
Pros:

From the moment I checked in with Heather I got a great feeling about Harbor Shores..she was incredibly friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and clean.
My one and only complaint was the indoor pool only had ladders...you couldn't just walk in...but loved the hot tub.
My next visit to Lake Geneva I'll be staying here. Plus the proximity to shopping and restaurants and even the public beach is only a block or so away.

Cons:

Not being able to walk into the indoor pool.

Fantastic location to explore Lake Geneva

Great location and value for the area.
Pros:

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Indoor outdoor pool was nice. Not all the rooms have balconies so make sure you understand that. They have a little place for bagels and coffee and you could sit out side on their balcony and look over the lake. Also a restaurant . The pool was nice. Not too big, but it was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. if you don’t like extra high huge pillows though make sure you bring your own flat one. Otherwise it was very comfortable and clean. Best part is location walking distance to everything a little beach, boat rides, restaurants and shops downtown Lake Geneva.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most things. Beautiful view the convenience of two nice restaurants attached was awesome. One with lake views. The staff at Emma’s was great

Cons:

Ofcourse the cost. The most we have ever pain.

Great location - enjoyed pool and emmis

Cons:

Cost - I feel like prices were higher because of something called egg con which we know nothing about. Tv was hard to turn on and off, sticky doors on bathroom and entrance door.

We plan to return to Lake Geneva and will stay at this hotel.
Pros:

View from balconey of the lake was outstanding. The Bagel Resturant attached to the hotel had great breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Cons:

Disappointed the Full service returant was just openning and limited hours due lack of staff. Only available the last night we were at hotel and we had other plans.
