God morgenmad, rent og pænt i fælledsarealerne

Cons:

Ens kuffertopbevaring stod åbent for andre til bare at kunne tage ens bagage, uden nogle holdt øje med dem eller andet. Man SKULLE have badehætte på i poolen (som selv skulle betales), super usexet og mærkeligt og ikke så afslappende. Der var udover det også mega høj mærkelig musik ved poolen, igen ikke så afslappede. Roomservice var lidt slappe og støvsugede ikke selvom der var meget sand på gulvet - som naturligt kommer når man er på ferie og har håndklæder og badetøj med udefra stranden af - lagen blev heller ikke skiftet ofte, og der var pletter på det “nye” vi fik. Vores pengeskab virkede heller ikke, hvilket eller kunne være gavnligt. Dørene til tøjskabet var også så gamle, at man ikke kunne åbne dem, uden at risikere at hele skabet faldt sammen

Cons:

La poca gentilezza nel rivolgersi a me soprattutto quando avevo chiesto un cambio di stanza essendo che avevo prenotato una doppia con letti singoli e mi sono ritrovata in una matrimoniale… la signora è stata molto poco cortese nell’ esprimersi, mi sono sentita rimproverata

Pros:

Poolområdet och utsikten var fint.
Dock inga parasoller , baren var ofta stängd , inget bra snacks eller tilltugg .

Cons:

När vi kom till boendet fick vi ett rum där de inte var städat, personalen var oförskämd.
Frukosten är katastrof, långt inne till centrum Palermo. Smutsigt runt omkring.
Rekommenderar inte hotellet !
