Redelijk, maar had er meer van verwacht.
Pros:

Zwembad was prima, alleen ging dit in de middag wel een uur dicht. Gezien de warmte niet echt fijn.
Miste wel parasols, want je kon bij het zwembad nergens in de schaduw zitten.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed.
Badkamer was goed, alleen zat er bovenin op de randen wel schimmel.
Problemen werden direct opgelost. Kluisje deed het niet en dit werd direct opgelost.

Cons:

Geen waterkoker en zakjes koffie/thee op de kamer. Als je vroeg wakker was kon je niet even koffie of thee drinken, want beide barren waren dan ook niet open.
Kamers waren ook gehorig.
Niet echt iets van animatie (muziek, gezellig personeel o.i.d.), waardoor je een verveeld gevoel kreeg.
Veel personeelsleden keken ook chagrijnig. Enkelen waren wel gewoon vrolijk.

Parcheggio privato incluso, personale reception super disponibile e professionale. Colazione ottima con vista panoramica al 14 piano. Ristorante buono. Camera al 3 piano ristrutturata.

Cons:

Servizio pulizie sufficiente. Capitava che pulissero la stanza nel pomeriggio quando usufruivamo della stanza. Pulizia discreta ma presenza di polvere e capelli sotto il letto

Pros:

A very good hotel, especially for people who are planning to explore Sicily. It has everything you need – the food is good and sufficient, the pool is nice, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. When we had early morning trips, the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for us upon request, which was a great bonus. Our rooms were renovated, clean and comfortable. A very good choice as a base for exploring the area. We would happily stay here again.

Good value
Pros:

Great sea view. Room was clean, air conditioned and bed large but bit firm for me and sheet kept coming off. In the bathroom all was clean but old and toilet seat was a precarious thing!
Restaurant food was good, large portion and very reasonable pricing. Breakfast was super, lots of choice and fresh. Pool was clean and sunbeds available , great lifeguard at all times. Lifts quite slow but it is a big hotel. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.
