Easy comfort stay!
Pros:

Check in was easy and simple. The rooms are a good size with x2 double beds and comfortable. Rooms are serviced well and clean. Pool looks a decent sized and was serviced in the week to keep clean. Breakfast was a small continental selection but sufficient to start the day.

Cons:

Washing machine leaks and the Dryer was faulty - however Dan was a legend and helped us out greatly!

The daily turn down service. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the beds. The pillows were great

All business no pleasure
Pros:

Dont waste your money on upgrading to a suite unless you want to bath in others filth. They may clean the tubs, but the jets need to be deep cleaned (removed and cleaned) or replaced. The pool would probably be nice in the summer until last fall months but in the winter months even doing laps wont warm you up. for $180 a night not worth it.

Buena ubicación para el congreso ferial
Pros:

El personal fue simpático. La limpieza impecable. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

La verdad es que me chocó que no había vasos ni tasas reutilizables. En todo el hotel los vasos eran de plástico o de papel, incluso en el desayuno. Se crea un montón de basura.
El desayuno no es nada saludable. Hay alguna manzana o plátano. Pero el pan, los gofres, los cereales… todo sin nutrientes, harina blanca y azúcar.
Para un turista europeo es difícil, aunque creo que en el continente americano es normal.

Pros:

4ème fois que je passe par cet hôtel, et jamais déçu ! La station du CTrain est à 5 min à pieds.
