Pestana Ocean Bay Resort

Loved this hotel! Stunning views from the balcony, brilliant staff, food was pretty good and served warmer than you often get in all inclusive, so that was great. Entertainment in the bar every night. Two pools and a jacuzzi. Rooms were large with comfortable seating and a large telly. Balcony is great. Just 2 draw backs, the beds are quite hard, and there are fans rather than air-conditioning, so the nights can be warm, but that is definitely a price worth paying!

God oplevelse og fine omgivelser med plads til alle. Det er muligt at få en liggestol hele dagen - kunne godt opgradere på mængden af parasoller.
Maden var ok og vareret.

Meu quarto nao possuía ar condicionado, diferente do que estava na reserva, nao possuía tb um secador de cabelo, ferro de passar nem um roupão de banho e era no subsolo.

This hotel was CLOSED when we got there for major refurbishment or whatever. Neither Hotels.com nor Pestana contacted us beforehand to advise us of this, so we had to sort out our night’s accommodation for ourselves. SHAME on you Hotels.com

Excellent hotel with friendly staff, great food, good entertainment every night and in an ideal location right on the sea front. Nice walks along the beach and a free shuttle bus to Funchal.

The staff was amazing, all ocean views. It was everything we could have asked for.

Das Hotel ist an der Küste gelegen, so dass wir sowohl im Pool, als auch im Atlantik schwimmen konnten. Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten im Freien genießen, das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, abends gab es unterschiedliche Musikvorführungen, was sehr schön war

Very much enjoyed my time at this hotel & would visit again without hesitation. Food, activities along with scenery were exceptional! Staff were fantastic (Mariana Silva)in particular & check-in/out was smooth.

En dehors de la plage difficile d’accès car trop rocailleuse, tout est parfait. La nourriture bien qu’abondante reste très correcte et variée. Les chambres et les espaces communs très propres et le personnel extrêmement aimable et surtout bienveillant.. la navette gratuite vers le centre ville est appréciable.
Je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour.
Un grand merci surtout a toute l’équipe du restaurant pour leur gentillesse et le sourire affiche su quotidien. Prenez soin d’eux

For us it was like heaven to have a ready table every time the child was hungry. The surroundings where sooooo nice!!!
