La relaciĂłn calidad precio. Poder estacionar el vehĂ­culo en el establecimiento. La zona de Spa y piscina cubierta.

Não tinha insonorização nenhuma, as pessoas do quarto ao lado e que passavam nos corredores parecia que estavam dentro do quarto.

Fiers d'être retournés au Pestana et d'avoir profité de tous ces bons services. P.déj. toujours abondant en choix; le
personnel d'une extrême gentillesse nous reconnaissait des séjours précédents avec grand sourire.

Cons:

Pour ma part (Andrew») l'eau de la piscine un peu fraîche....ah.ah.ah
Un petit point à améliorer....les serviettes un peu défraîchies....
Horaires du service de remettre la chambre en ordre...jamais à la même heure....dérangeant...du fait que nous y étions pour un repos et non pas touristique,

Hotel com boa relação qualidade preço, pelo menos em época baixa. E tem posto de carregamento para veículo elétrico até hoje e cada vez mais importante para decidir uma estadia.

Pros:

Thanks,our stay was really good. We liked the location ( the embarkment promenade is neaby,Boca de Inferno is close),the comfort and indoor swimming pool with warm (!) water! When i got in trouble with the safe the woman from reception (sorry,i do not remember her name) came and helped to fix it.
The price we paid is also quite affordable.

Cons:

We wish that breakfast could be more variable. I came with kids and porridge was what they missed really.
Also more local vegetables will be nice to have.
Thanks anyway for all your work dear Pestana staff 🙏

Bello rilassante ma struttura datata
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione vista oceano; inoltre lo staff è molto gentile e ci hanno fatto un upgrade in una suite. Colazione e cena buone.

La struttura risulta abbastanza datata. Moquette presente sapere (per fortuna non in camera).

Price was great however not happy in general with state of the Hotel for Cascais

A localização é boa, mas o resto deixa a desejar. Pequeno almoço bom.

Cons:

Parece um hotel sem manutenção. Paredes com buracos, tapetes rasgados, WC sem manutenção. Atendimento muito ruim, desde a receção ao bar. Pedi um drik ao chegar no hotel, e só fui saber que tinha isso de cortesia quando fui embora. A piscina interior estava desativada. Esqueci o meu carregador de telemóvel ao lado da cama. Ao informar o hotel avisaram que estava separado para levantar na receção. Quando retornei ao hotel no mês seguinte niguém sobe dizer nada sobre o carregador, e falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Voltei ao hotel só para levantar esse carregador e fui embora sem ele. Coincidencias ou não, a minha estadia não foi agradável como eu esperava de um hotel da rede Pestana.

Poderia ter sido melhor!!
Pros:

O local, o quarto, a vista!!! Excepcionais!!! Mesmo o staff ser muito agradável e prestável, não conseguiram sobrepor a falta de eficiência de toda uma equipa.

Cons:

O tempo de espera para poder comer, jantar, almoçar foi absurdo! Nunca esperei tanto tempo por uma sopa (com picante ainda por cima, minha de 3 anos não pode comer), a espera das refeições foi realmente perturbador! No quarto a falta de umas sandálias/pantufas para podermos andar confortavelmente fizeram falta. E não sei se foi por ser o último quarto do corredor, mas não fizeram a arrumação/limpeza no período da manhã. Resumindo, foi caro, e mais valia ter ficado em casa e pedido uma pizza, pelo menos no UberEats eles informam a hora da entrega da comida.
