Pros:

Comfortable hotel with a great location, close proximity to the main street and its a walkable city so easy to get to the sights or access to public transport.

Cons:

There was a bottle of filtered water but would have been nice if this was replenished daily. A minor note on the afternoon staff who was initially friendly but was a little aloof when we had trouble getting hot water from the machine cleanly

Pleasant staff, cleanly, thoughtful design. Would recommend.
Pros:

Alicia was probably the nicest person I’ve ever met, we really enjoyed her hospitality. Thoughtful design throughout with the decor and room layouts.

Cons:

Would be a 10, but kinda weird that it didn’t have a mini fridge. And also the AC wasn’t the best, it wouldn’t get the room to a comfortable temp to sleep. We woke up several times due to this, we should have inquired with the front desk.

Top City-Hotel mit schönen Zimmern im besten Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, Zimmer sehr bequem und schick, top Preisleistungsverhältnis! Hotel ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Cons:

Eigentlich alles top, nur haben die Abflussrohre etwas gerochen nach einiger Zeit, aber es war auszuhalten.

Excelente ubicacion
Pros:

Un hotel muy comodo por su ubicacion excepcional. El trato del personal buenisimo. Las instalaciones perfectas. Sin duda totalmente recomendable. Situado en una calle peatonal comercial muy cerca de la catedral y parada del autobus del aeropuerto.
