The location was great, clean rooms
It was clean and it was in a great location.
They had a little area by the street to sit but it could certainly have been nicer. We really wish it would have had a little courtyard since you had no balcony. We also wish it would have had a pool but we knew it didn’t.

We have always liked the location and the rooms have worked out in the past.
I will not return. They had a serious problem with the toilet that kept me up all night and the air conditioner was extremely loud so we couldn’t turn it on. I mentioned this to them the following morning and they did absolutely nothing to accommodate us.
Great vacation- parked the car... walked to the beach, crossed the street to the donut shop for fresh coffee and some of the best restaurant were within walking distance, El Ranchito, Mama D'd Italian, and Woody's Cafe (great breakfast). Only hesitation... the girls at the desk were friendly but only there during check-in and check out times and you had to "TEXT" a number to get a hold of someone other times. They did respond though ...

Excellent location with paid parking easy to walk to the beach and bars
Location is very good, walking distance to bars and coffee shops. We rented bikes through Groupon and rode to Balboa Island.

Die Lage
Nur kaltes Wasser am Waschbecken. Sehr klein. Unfreundlicher Empfang. Extra Gebühren zur Reinigung von 120€ die vorher nicht bekannt waren. Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck. Enge Treppenaufgänge.

rooms and hotel location were excellent
The location was great! Close to the beach, shops and stores.
The front desk was not manned. I had to call or text and then somebody came over to help me. Check-in was at 4 o’clock. I came at 3:15, hoping I could check in early but they wanted to charge me $40 to check in 45 minutes early. Parking was an extra charge as well considering how small the hotel was and the price parking should have been included.
Location was right in the center of all things and walking distance to everything!
Parking at the facility was an extra charge. Requested for early check in when booking that was excepted. But when we got there had to pay for the early check in. Came for surgery so was expecting seamless straight to nap.
