Excelente ubicación, restaurante Gaudí y atención, pero camas incómodas y desayuno pobre
Pros:

la ubicación es excelente, la atención muy buena del personal. El restaurante Gaudí extraordinaria la comida, comi un solomillo al cabrales fabuloso.

Cons:

El desayuno continetal incluido es únicamene café y un sandwitch. Me parece muy pobre, ni cereal ni huevo. La habitación no filtra el ruido de la calle. Reforma en la noche es muy ruidosa. La cama muy incómoda.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El alojamiento, no le dan mantenimiento a sus instalaciones. Fue unas noches sin descansar a causa de los desperfectos de la habitación. Y el servicio telefónico no resuelve nada.

Pros:

Front desk (all shifts) were so rude, we asked for towels and an extra pillow and they practically laughed at us, very bad service, we witnessed someone else complain about the very same thing requesting extra towels and when they turned, people just laughed, I got to said the door men’s were super attentive as well the workers of both restaurants, never coming back!!

Hotel bonito, bien ubicado y confortable.
Pros:

La atención del personal, amable y eficiente.

Cons:

La falta mantenimiento: interruptores e iluminación con fallas, pulsadores de los elevadores deteriorados y el extractor del baño sin funcionar; las toallas ya tienen mucho tiempo de uso.

Location and reception is perfect. The room is old, stinky and outdated
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. So considerate kind and patient. Went above and beyond, especially those at the reception desk.

Cons:

The hotel room. First and foremost as soon as you open the door the carpet smell is bad. They need to remove those carpets, they are filthy, smelly, and stink up the entire room. Second, the room is so old and outdated. Probably last outdated in the late 1970s.
