Totul. De la Personal , confort și hotelul situat la 300-400 de metri de centrul orașului și la 400 metri de lac ... Superb....

Die ganze Familie hat den Aufenthalt genossen.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, reichhaltige Auswahl und alles sehr frisch. Die Lage nur wenige Schritte von der Uferpromenade und dem Hafen entfernt war für uns sehr gut, da wir so auf das Auto während des Aufenthalts verzichten konnten.

Cons:

Wir waren dankbar, dass wir direkt am Hotel parken konnten. Das Ein- und Ausparken war jedoch schwierig.

Sehr gut, wir nehmen uns vor nochmal zukommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die Lage des Hotels sind super. Besser geht eigentlich nicht. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer für nur drei Übernachtungen . Für den Preis sehr gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir ein größeres Zimmer wählen.

Cons:

Leider befand sich genau vor unserem Fenster eine Baustelle, so dass wir pünktlich 7 uhr geweckt wurden.

Im Wesentlichen von Beginn bis zum Ende eine große Enttäuschung
Pros:

das Frühstück war okay, aber auch keine Besonderheit. Die Lage war zentral und somit gut (zum Bahnhof und zum Hafen)

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mangelhaft.
Der Service der Rezeption war mangelhaft (die Kunden mussten trotz Vorliegen des Personalausweises, den Meldebogen komplett alleine ausfüllen - das kann soweit Daten bekannt oder aus Personalausweis hervorgehend auch das Hotelpersonal vorausfüllen. Das war kein Service am Kunden, das erwarte ich im Urlaub vom Hotelpersonal.
Fußball-WM wurde nur in Teilen in der Hotelbar gezeigt; der asiatische Azubi in der Hotelbar sprach unzureichend deutsch.
Kopfkissen waren eine Katastrophe

Emplacement et gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

En sortant à moto kawasaki du parking de l'hôtel, nous avons été arrêtés par deux policiers de la ville qui nous ont demandé de descendre de la moto et de la pousser jusqu'au feu rouge. J'ai essayé et j'ai failli tomber avec la moto 400kg sur moi.
Alors ils m'ont autorisé à remonter sur la moto avec mon épouse.Nous avons 72 ans !!!
C'est inadmissible sachant que les voitures et les bus et autres peuvent circuler dans cette zone piétonne de la Schanzstrasse.L'hotel a été prévenu et nous avons téléphone ce matin à la Polizeirevier Friedrichshafen Ehlersstrasse pour leur dire notre grande indignation !!

Cons:

Eeg veel geluid van de straat. Met incidenten zoals een hard schreeuwende vrouw en een klein kind dat ‘s nachts om hulp riep. Dit ook gemeld bij receptie

Hotel mit schönen Spa Bereich
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und ruhig
Frühstück war sehr toll und viel Auswahl, schön hergerichtet, sehr bemühtes Personal
Spa Bereich war Top, schöner Ruhebereich
Es gab Popkorn im Eingangsbereich für die Gäste, das haben wir genutzt abends bei einem Getränk

Cons:

Badezimmer mit wenig Ablagen und Aufhängungen
Fliegengitter am Fenster wäre gut, weil es gab Insekten
