The location wa good, apartment was very clean and neat. Staff were helpful and friendly.
1. Room too small for the price. Kitchenette was too small to prepare simple food and have a comfortable meal in the room.
2. Bed and pillows were too soft.
3. No couch in room
4. Shower area too small and water pressure too low.
5. Both lifts were small and not working well.

To have a shower you had to climb over a very tall bath tub and it was the smallest shower I have been in.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the location, which is excellent and conveniently situated. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating. We had to carry all of our luggage through multiple heavy fire doors that did not remain open, making check-in unnecessarily difficult. Once we finally got to our room, we discovered that the toilet was not functioning properly, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel.
For the price charged, the standard of the hotel is nowhere near what you would expect. The facilities feel tired, the overall experience was poor, and the value for money is incredibly disappointing. We paid a premium price and received a very substandard experience in return.
In my opinion, you are paying purely for the location, because that is the only thing this hotel has going for it. There are far better options available at this price point. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Perfect location for all we needed in central London, it was a quiet road so sleep undisturbed. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Lovely open foyer with sofas, work stations, complementary tea/coffee machine etc. Our twin room was clean, roomy with good size bathroom and bonus of kitchen facilities- fridge, microwave, hob, kettle with tea coffee etc. There was an iron and hairdryer too. We were only there for one night but a great room for longer stays.
For central London the cost per night was average and I felt the Cittadines was above average. Would definitely stay again if visiting central London 💙

Excellent location - incredibly convenient to everything. Having a small kitchen was very useful as well. And loved having a/c during the heatwave.
Confusion regarding the booking. Multiple reviews online saying it didn’t exist, it was a scam. Also the booking description included that I would be sent a code for entry. When that was not forthcoming, I started to believe it was a scam. But it was not - all was fine!

La chambre est moyenne pour le prix avec une vue sur un puits de lumière un peu lugubre, mieux vaut laisser les rideaux fermés. C'est le gros défaut de la chambre.
