Pros:

L’emplacement très central. La gentillesse du personnel. Le calme de l’appartement. Le petit déjeuner, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres.

Pros:

chambres en haut super
Salle de bain et wc, pratique d'avoir la kitchenette
La situation géographique est vraiment nickel pour se promener à pied et tout voir
tout en étant en plus proche du métro.

Cons:

le petit déjeuné n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur de son prix
et le canapé lit nétait ni confortable en lit ni confortable en canapé

Good hotel in the heart of london
Pros:

Position top, just behind Trafalgar Square.
The receptionists were polite and professional, and the luggage storage service was excellent.
A very spacious two-level apartment with a kitchen, costing around £200 per night in May.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights. They never come to clean and replace the stuff like thea, sugar, water. They never changed bathroom stuff.
They never clean room and never made our bed.
This was very bad and incorrect.

Cons:

Happy with this choice of accommodation for a london break and I can only fault the pillows which were uncomfortable and gave me a sore neck.

L’accueil. A l’arrivée Francis était très à l’écoute est disponible pour toutes nos questions. Encore merci à l’hôtel petit cadeau 🎁 d’anniversaire pour mon amie dans la chambre. Grace aux Dépose bagages nous avons pu profiter du reste de la journée. Je recommande cet hôtel

Excelente ubicación y cómodo studio
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente cerca de muchos puntos de interés. La habitación studio contaba con más espacio y una cocina y microondas para comer o desayunar lo que nos permitio tener más libertad. También había cafés de cortesía. Recomendable para estadías en Londres

Siendo una modalidad tipo apart no te limpian la habitación todos los días. Si tomas más de 4 días hay una limpieza.

Great value and friendly staff.
Pros:

There is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby with lattes, cappuccinos, etc. The front desk was extremely nice, holding onto our bags so we could sightsee until our room was ready and even really going out of their way to help me print a document that was behaving weirdly with their printer (thanks, Salwad!) The room was comfortable and the price for the location was fantastic!

No complaints. For the price, super happy with this booking.

Great location and staff very friendly.
Pros:

I love everything about staying here and it is my go to place when coming to London. Location, staff and convenience of having a kitchenette.

Cons:

In my room the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were slow to drain and the water pressure in the shower was not great.
