Pros:

Os funcionários desde o início foram muito simpáticos e muito prestáveis. O pequeno almoço era muito bom. Pelos comentários estávamos à espera do mínimo mas depois deparámo-nos com um pequeno almoço internacional completíssimo e com várias opções. Até vários tipos de leite vegetal tinham disponível.
Quando foi necessário guardar até irmos embora um produto no frigorífico orientaram isso prontamente.

Cons:

Só havia um elevador funcional no momento da nossa estadia e estávamos no 10º piso.
Quartos não têm arca/mini-bar.

Pros:

Quartos bons, banheiro, localização. Funcionários super honestos. Minha mãe deixou cair um celular e eles guardaram e nos avisaram!

Cons:

Do elevador ser totalmente longe da recepção. A gente dá uma volta pra chegar no quarto. Tb por ser somente um e bem pequeno, quando entrou em manutenção, tivemos q pegar escadas. Ainda bem que descendo, mas era do nono andar. Não ter um frigobar também foi algo ruim. Mas é um bom hotel.
