Adorei a minha estadia! O quarto era muito confortável e limpo.
Toda a equipa foi muito simpática e prestável, principalmente o Guilherme e a Nair, funcionários topo de gama.

Great location. Close to a lovely beach..Lovely room. Staff nice. Good buffet breakfast. It is obvious that this place is great for families and has a very active children's and entertainment programme.

Cons:

We had the half board option. However it was not made clear to us what restaurant was included. I wouldnt have gone for it if I knew it was just the buffet. No clear information when booking.

For a 4 star I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities included. I had to ask for a kettle - which initially they told me one was not available - but later did get one for me. Coffee machine you had to pay an additional fee for.

No clear instructions on checking in although staff very nice! We had to ask for basic information.

We only stayed 2 nights. If I was staying longer I would want more storage so as to unpack.

If you dont go for the all inclusive package the buffet lunch can be expensive and no prices are displayed.

Tomas the best waiter in Armaceo
Pros:

We spent 11 nights at the hotel . Staff all very friendly . Breakfast had freshly cooked whole you wait omelettes and eggs . Lunch in restaurant very good . You can cool down have a nice glass of wine . Dinner in evening was always good but we loved the nights when meats were down on BBQ. The star in the hotel is the waiter Tomas . He is friendly , efficient and his energy is incredible . He wants guests to have a good time and does everything to help . He was off on our last night and we had hoped to thank him but we return in August and look forward to seeing Tomas

Estadia razoável mas não excelente pelas razões mencionadas.
Pros:

Localização em relação à praia boa e pequeno almoço excelente.

Cons:

Distância longsma entre a receção e o quarto e falta de elevador direto para o andar do quarto (nécessario transportar as malas pelas escadas entre o 2 e 3 andares); falta de papel higiénico e gel de banho uma vez e falta do leçol de cama outra vez.

De tudo. Lugar fácil, com café da manhã sensacional e gratuito, estacionamento coberto, quarto amplo, muito confortável. Facilidade de restaurante e bar dentro do hotel, além de piscina e kids club.

Cons:

O preço do buffet de jantar deveria ser mais acessível. Apesar de oferecer comida à vontade, o preço de 29 euros (e metade para crianças) é um pouco fora de outros restaurantes. A comida do restaurante-pizzaria é uma delícia, mas demorada.
