Very good. Already booked to return.
Pros:

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Very clean

Cons:

Disappointed that the pool bar was not open for drinks and snacks, and the main bar was not often staffed during the day. We were told this was due to low season, but we have stayed previously for same dates and never experienced this problem. Wont stop us returning, but did spoil the experience a little as it meant we had to leave the hotel for drinks from the local supermarket for during the day.

Pessoal , sem qualificação não sabem fazer um Aperol Spritz, o pequeno almoço, pouca variedade de pão, café má qualidade . Não ter um pequeno espelho na casa de banho é a primeira vez que vejo isso, e também mau cheiro.

Tudo, desde a receção ao checkout. Fui bem recebida, o quarto era bem confortável e atenderam ao meu pedido. O pequeno-almoço estava muito bom, com muita variedade de escolha.

O Sr Jorge Rebelo de Almeida devia apostar mais na segurança dos hóspedes do vila galé náutico.
Alcatifas descoladas e enrugadas.
Mas o pior é mesmo banheira que não é anti derrapante.
Não deixou saudades.
Muita parra pouca uva

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Very good family room, clean and well decorated.
Very friendly staff, have to say many thanks to Guilherme on the reception. Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The only down side was that we could hear the family on the next room. Rooms had a door to connect both rooms and on the morning we were always awake by children on the next room. .

We liked everything; the staff always available with a positive attitude, the restaurants and bar were well presented, communal areas well maintained. We had a lovely time.

Cons:

We liked everything. The public pavement ramp to your ramp needs some improvement. We know that it's mainly the Council responsibility.

efetuei marcação pelo Booking, quando efetuei o chek-in existia divergência de valores entre a reserva do Booking e os valores do Hotel, que após a intervenção de alguém mais responsável se resolveu.
reserva feita com Meia-pensão, viajava com os meus sogros pessoas de 80 anos e para o jantar apenas existia comida
temática MEXICANA com base de molhos e picantes!!!
