For the most part our stay was Great!
Pros:

The breakfast was good 🥞 The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Parking Sucks! A nearby club takes advantage of the parking spaces. Should be towed!!

Extremely thin walls and uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Easy check in, free parking

Cons:

The walls are extremely extremely thin, there was a guy our whole stay that was on the floor under us that was just talking all night and early in the morning - it was so loud it felt like he was in our room. He actually kept us up. On top of that you can hear LOTS of other things as if they are right next to you, which is disturbing. We didnt even have anyone in the room right next to us but you could hear everything.
We wouldve left within 10 minutes of being there if we could’ve gotten a refund
The elevator was scary but was broke the last day so we had to trek all our luggage down 3 flights of stairs
Has free breakfast and says they have a waffle machine (which is one of our favorite things about free breakfast) and they didnt so that was disappointing.
Wifi was spotty
Tv was terrible quality
Sheets looked stained
Bed wasnt very comfortable
Only 3 pillows on the bed for 2 people
Honestly if your a heavy sleeper then the value is probably fine for you but it was a terrible experience

Enjoyable and affordable
Pros:

Staff were lovely, helpful, polite and friendly, room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Noisy neighbours shouting in the passage in the middle of the night
