Doors slam closed,no elevator,sign says continental breakfast but there was none, no late checkout

I don’t even want to talk about it, first let’s mention the roaches coming out of every direction from under the bed, the fridge, out a crack in the wall, made my anxiety so bad I had gotten up at 4:30 in the am and just checked out and left, second for the rate the room went for there was no tv remote so couldn’t watch tv, the hall way leading to the rooms was extremely hot you could the temp difference between there and the rooms.

It's roach infested needs cleaning and towels were dirty

The staff make you feel uncomfortable had plenty of roaches and the air barely works it was hot

Love how restaurants & convenience stores are near. Staff was very rude to my Service Dog.

There were bugs in the bed and it was just nasty. Blood was on the toilet paper. Hair was all
Over the bathroom.

Never pay for the room up front! You'll never get your money back if you have to cancel. Even with the booking protection. The room didn't have a microwave or coffee pot.

Sheets and towels didn’t look too clean

I didn’t stay at the property.

After checking into my room on Friday the 28th around 4:230 pm I placed my personal belongings in my assigned room (217).I shortly departed the hotel to visit family ( funeral). I returned to the hotel at approximately 11:40pm and while attempting to enter my assigned room (217) my efforts were halted by an unknown black male occupying my room. The male prevented me access. He handed the majority of my belongings through the door way. My belongings were trampled through and seemingly wet. I went to the front desk to mage night management aware. I also inventoried my belongings and sent manager to retrieve my property. The unknown man came to the lobby and showed me a room key marked “ 227 “…well he gained access to my assigned room “ 217 “. Management offered me a different room in which I refused as I know longer felt same.

If it wasn’t for the roach infestation, I’d stay here again. Tiny roaches that end up in your luggage

I will most likely not come here again but I guess it was ok but I have found a bunch of roaches and mind you idk if they even clean there beds I’ve seen so many dirty ones but over all the night was ok that’s what my family says. But I wouldn’t recommend only if your staying a night or two Ig its ok if not idrc
