The proof of identity can either be the guest's Adhaar card, Driving license, Passport or voter's card for Indian residents and passport for foreign nationals. Early Check-in and Late Checkout: All the Early check-in and Late checkout will be accommodated subject to availability and on chargeable basis only. Non-guaranteed reservation is liable to release one day earlier to the intended date of arrival.

Early Departure : Please inform us on your travel plan changes 1 day in advance to avoid one night retention charges.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed and will be on chargeable basis.

Breakfast for child less than 5 yrs when accompanying adult will be complimentary and if more than 5 Yrs and less than 10 yrs sharing in the same room Child breakfast charges are applicable. If child require Extra bed it will be on chargeable basis.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Honestly one of the best hotels in Chennai. I have stayed in quite a few other high end hotels in Chennai and this is truly great. Great spread of breakfast, beds were very comfortable. It’s in a great location if you’re in Chennai for shopping. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Good stay with good Staff
Pros:

Good responsive, caring and empowered staff. Good food at Jai Hind.

Cons:

Need to not only prepare rooms well in time but also ensuring its readiness to occupy prior to handover. Avoid disappointment by setting expectations mentioning items that are chargeable in the room clearly and next to them.

A brilliant and welcoming stay!
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay from start to finish. All the staff were so friendly and helpful which is so valuable to us. The breakfast was amazing with every option you could possibly want. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay Grand Chennai
Pros:

Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained by the floor staff, Thirumal and Rubel. Reception especially Angelia and Aparajeet was very helpful and concierge Staff Damo was really a great help. Good hotel with good location.
