Early Departure : Please inform us on your travel plan changes 1 day in advance to avoid one night retention charges.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed and will be on chargeable basis.

A wonderful stay with great hospitality. We will be back.
Pros:

overall was excellent experience, above the expectation. we were picked up fromn the airport by hotel transportation. We were greeted by the person incharge in the airport itself. we have requested for airport pick up from the hotel for a small charge. we were greeted by person in charge and was directed to our drivers (2cars). That's a suprise. In the hotel, the welcome was awesome and personalised. We were given free ride to GRT shops. wonderful breakfast spread; western , Indian and Asian. Our family had a great time and we will come again. The hotel location at T. Nagar made the shopping easier. The were daily fruits and biscuits.

Cons:

The room furnitures looks abit dated but did not dampen the experience. it's the only thing.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at so far. I highly recommend it!

Pros:

Excellent hotel with wonderful service, enjoyed the true luxury of Tamil Nadu in GRT Grand. Staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. We had a great family stay here and my kids loved it.

Well maintained 5star hotel
Pros:

It was a good stay. Location vice quite convinient to travel. Walking distance to Pondy Bazaar. Staff were welcoming and accomodating. Room were cleaned daily and well maintained. The breakfast were good. Had issue on bathroom odor till our bedroom, was rectified after reported however this should be prevented. Traffic management in hotel could be improved during peak hours.
