The proof of identity can either be the guest's Adhaar card, Driving license, Passport or voter's card for Indian residents and passport for foreign nationals. For Indian customs and immigration requirements, guests are requested to carry a copy of the reservation confirmation letter.

Early Check-in and Late Checkout: All the Early check-in and Late checkout will be accommodated subject to availability and on chargeable basis only. Non-guaranteed reservation is liable to release one day earlier to the intended date of arrival.

Early Departure : Please inform us on your travel plan changes 1 day in advance to avoid one night retention charges.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed and will be on chargeable basis.

Breakfast for child less than 5 yrs when accompanying adult will be complimentary and if more than 5 Yrs and less than 10 yrs sharing in the same room Child breakfast charges are applicable. If child require Extra bed it will be on chargeable basis.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A Caring, Comfortable Stay We’ll Always Remember
Pros:

We had a pleasant, enjoyable stay at GRT Grand, Chennai. All staff from entrance of hotel, conceirge, reception, housekeeping to food & beverage staff were customer focussed. They greeted us with big smiles, were always helpful, checked in on us everyday and added special touches like fresh flowers to our room. Our housekeeping staff Rubel & Thirumal kept our room clean and stocked always. Ms Vidya, was also very caring and paid extra attention to my elderly mum. The buffet breakfast and lunch has a huge Indian and international variety of dishes. Thank you all for a special stay. We will definitely be back.

Laundry service
Pros:

The laundry service was excellent. Mr. Kaliamoorthy the laundry supervisor was extremely kind and pleasant. Kept to his promise and delivered on time. Clothes were done so well, pleasant odour and ironed without a crease. Extremely happy with his service. Ms Thilegawathy, Malaysia, Room 904.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent hospitality, cleanliness and spacious room. Delicious breakfast with a great variety. All staff members from reception, catering and housekeeping were extremely helpful and friendly. Best location to get around for food, sightseeing and shopping. Pool had a jacuzzi. Well equipped gym with a personal trainer. We had a complimentary foot massage which was nice.

A Grand hotel and a grand place to stay
Pros:

The hotel staff were attentive and efficient throughout, although I was disappointed with the bar area. The rooms were well presented, clean and provided all that I could wish. Food at breakfast was a delight, with a very wide selection all neatly labelled, well cooked and presented.
The noise at the bar was excessive and disappointing. Music presented behind the foyer was also a little intrusive.
The hotel is nicely located for many sights. I would like to visit again.

Good nights stay
Pros:

Mix of European and Indian food for breakfast. Huge buffet. Lovely swimming pool about 25m. Bar has a large TV which was showing cricket. India vs England under 19 final - bliss.
Travel desk very good organising my onward trip (not straightforward) before I even arrived
