Very disappointed
Pros:

Lot of noise, the time we were there, people was knocking, hitting the door and window for no reason, lot of people running all around. My family and I decided to leave early than expected

My stay was overall in the middle.

I liked the waterpark.

There was this staff her name was I think Patreen she was overall just rude she didn’t welcome us well.

Not worth it
Pros:

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. It wasn’t a terrible experience but it was also not worth the $900 USD that we paid.
Pros: The staff were friendly. Our fridge was nice and cold. This turned into a con when it froze all our drinks.
Cons: Waterpark is old and falling apart. The water was gross. You cannot have any food or drink except on their little indoor patio. I could not take my purchased drink to my seat. You cannot watch the 8 pm movie in the courtyard because it isn’t dark enough to see the screen. You cannot watch tv in your room because the channels flicker and sound is intermittent. The curtains did not close all the way. The light from the courtyard kept us up at night. We ended up using a clip we had to pull them together as much as we could (see photo). The courtyards are pointless. The room itself had not been cleaned well. There was popcorn on the floor and fortunes from fortune cookies. The toilet refilled every 10 minutes. The elevator sounded like it could die at any minute.

Very family friendly.
Pros:

It was close everything supermarket is a 12 min walk if you don’t want to drive. Several dinners and more.

Cons:

I didn’t notice anything I didn’t like.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Great family vacation. Rooms were lovely. Waterpark was great for the kids. Hotel even had a movie night for the kiddos. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

Older hotel, was nicely taken care of and clean. Better room rates would be nice

Noise levels late at night and early am nade it difficult for our grandkids to get acgood night sleep. Thrre needs to be dtaff monitor tge halls as some parents have no respect for other quests sndcallowed the kidd to run the halls screamining:(

That was the first time there, and will never go back ,
Pros:

Honestly nothing , bcs it looked like going to a cheap motel

No A/C during record hot day in July
Pros:

We liked the water park and how close the hotel was to Clifton Hill.

Cons:

The hotel did not have A/C. Hotel staff did not try to accommodate or really care how hot it was inside our hotel room. We will never stay here again. The pillows were too firm as well. No one slept at all. Kids were very tired and grumpy.
