It was overalll a great trip with the family. Would have liked it to be more stroller accessible.
Pros:

Liked the courtyard. Closeness to Clifton and falls. The waterpark was amazing!

Cons:

Pricey. No air conditioning in room. Bed wasn’t super comfy.

Pros:

Direkt an den Niagara Fällen - sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt am Waterpark - überdachte Verbindung.

Cons:

Kein eigenes Restaurant. Teilweise könnte es etwas moderner und sauberer sein. Das hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

Horrible. Disgusting. Will never book again. Stay far away.
Pros:

Nothing. It was a horrible stay. Only reason we booked is because we were a big family and we couldn’t find anything that would fit us that was available during our dates. I would never book again here. I paid $1024 for nothing. The only positive I would say is some of the staff were nice like the manager and the housekeeping lady was a gem.

Cons:

Our room was dirty, stains on the chair, carpet, drapes, sheets and mattress. We didn’t sleep at all the first night it was very hot and humid, when I called the front desk to complain a guy answered, states all AC units are turned off and he rushed me off the phone. He didn’t offer any solution or fans at all. We got two small fans day 2 that barely kept the room cool. My kids slept naked the entire stay. I would give zero if I could but some of the staff were nice and the house keeping lady was a gem.

I wasn't sleep all 3 night. Too much light in to room. Noises from other rooms.

Most all stay. On my arrival 1st day in the evening around 8:30 pm front desk staff has no greetings. No smile. Just direction. 1st impression is so bad. But I'm happy after 1st day there was nice staff friendly with warm welcome

Good, quaint, convenient

Microwave, movie night and ambiance was phenomenal

Bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable and blankets/Doucet were not clean as I was bit on my ankles and feet and once on my wrist

Great Location, Hotel needs some improvements and updates
Pros:

Staff was great. Respectful and Kind from check in until check out. Walking path from the hotel to the Waterpark was great and convenient. So we didn't have to walk outside especially when its raining or cold. Liked that the hotel was close to Clifton hill so we can walk and do activities with the family without having to drive around and park. The parking garage across the hotel connects to the Sheraton and Brock Hotel so you can walk through the areas which was nice and convenient. The perkins restaurant right outside the hotel was great for breakfast and portion size was excellent. Always had to takeout the remaining. Location in all is great!

Cons:

Room was hot. Couldn't control temperature. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get a fan for our room. Lighting in the room was dull, made it hard to see when doing things or getting ready. Lack of outlets in the room. Only had 1 set near the wardrobe closet which made charging devices and getting ready difficult if you needed to use outlets. Washroom has no way to control or turn on air vent to clear the fog after showering.

Decent for the price
Pros:

Location is prime and very convenient

Cons:

Property is outdated, in need of some maintenance ie; light bulbs out, carpet in hallway is loose, televisions are very outdated with basic cable and no TV guide, washrooms are exceptionally small without adequate space for toiletries and personal washroom items.

Pros:

We just mostly slept there and the beds were great. We like the courtyard layout and used the extra seating there to play cards.

Cons:

More pillows. Having the breakfast open before 8 am. We couldn't find anyone to help us with the breakfast information. We thought the parking was included so we were surprised to have to pay for that. Please indicate on the booking information that the parking is not free.

Aside from the location, I wasn't satisfied; a place like this needs better service and presentation.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn't good; the sheets needed changing every day, the door cards were difficult to open, and there could be more activities in the garden. I had requested a crib for my 2-year-old before leaving, but it wasn't brought to the room.

Pros:

The water park passes were offered as a package. Perkins was within the hotel. Clifton hill, casino and the falls were all within walking distance.

Cons:

Slow elevators, room had no exterior view, hallways conditions looked outdated, limited parking.
