Our family had a great time and the proximity to the waterpark and attractions was perfect.
Pros:

Staff and location was great. Staff at the waterpark were exceptional when it came to setting us up with a private cabana after a booking error on my part.

Rooms could use a little more modern look.

Beaucoup de plaisir!
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le parc aquatique. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’espace commun entre les chambres (courtyard). L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit optimal, près de tout.

Cons:

Les gens de la chambre en haut de notre chambre étaient très bruyants. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas optimale.

The room was very clean and spacious, as a family of six I feel like we really enjoyed our spacious room with everything provided.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that there was only one microwave in the whole big hotel, the kitchen is poor and the microwave is poor as well.

Agréable comme endroit pour déposer ses choses mais pas pour y rester longtemps.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était génial pour sa proximité avec toutes les activités. Le restaurant à côté de l'hôtel sert de bon déjeuner frais. Le water park a été parfait pour la journée chaude.

Cons:

Il y avait des poils et cheveux sur les serviettes de bain et dans le bain. Les clients ne respectent pas les consignes de bruits dans les aires communes et aucuns employés ne les faisaient respecter. Les chaises platiques au Water park étaient inconfortables et ne faisait pas en sorte qu'on veuille s'y attarder.

Professional, helpful and kind staff. Access to waterpark.

Cons:

Location - paid parking - breakfast not included/paid low quality breakfast at Perkins - room service didn't refill the soap and the shower gel - room with no outside views / no windows (existing windows at the interior courtyard side accessible by hotel guests, hence curtains always closed for privacy).
