I’ve never been to this one I loved the size of the room and the space we all had mind you I had 5 in one room
The elevator was out
Location
Key didnt work at first. Got new key which finally worked only to find room had not been cleaned. Unmade beds and garbage.
Had to return to desk for new room. A lot of walking back and forth. Then kids made a lot of noise up to 10 p.m.
Elevator not working the whole trip we were there for. Completely unacceptable.
Close to everything
Elevator was out of order and the toilet in our room required maintenance because it was constantly running. There was a light which required fixing/new bulb because it flickered and would not work properly.
The water park was great for the kids. The courtyard in hotel was a good idea.
Everything
I like tge location of the hotel and its proximity to the waterpark. The check-out staff named Ian help me with the concerns and refunded me.
The check-in staff was unsure what to charge me. It is confusing from the Booking.com site, then was receiving a link from the hotel itself. It ended up that double charging me from the room, and additional VIP packages that I did not asked nor received. However, the check-out staff fixed it upon noticing and he did all the refund and fixed the issue promptly. I appreciate "Ian" that support me and my family for the entire process.
This facility is perfect for children, especially for birthday
It was my autistic son’s seventh birthday at the time. The elevator wasn’t working. I had paid extra for my room on booking.com but still did not get my waterpark package. Breakfast was not included with the $600 amount that I have paid for one night, my bedsheets had stains on them as well as I left my towels in the dirty bin at the waterpark and was told I will need to be charged if I order more towels in the same day
The location.
The rooms were hot and muggy and they said they didn’t have the air conditioning turned on so we were forced to go buy a fan.

Not worth 430 for 1 night
I recently stayed at Skyline Hotel & Waterpark Niagara Falls and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
During our 2-night stay, the elevator was not working for 3 days, which caused significant inconvenience. The hotel lobby consistently had a strong marijuana smell, making the environment uncomfortable.
There were also serious disturbances during the night — loud noises and a major fight in the neighboring room around midnight, and we even saw police arriving, which made the stay feel unsafe and stressful.
We had hoped for a relaxing stay, but it was far from that. Additionally, housekeeping service was poor — despite requesting cleaning, no one showed up. Our room was not cleaned for the entire stay, including no change of bedsheets and uncleaned washrooms.
What was most disappointing was that no staff member checked in or showed concern about our experience.
Overall, this was a very poor experience
The only good thing about our stay was the close proximity to Clifton Hill and Water park.
Staff communication was poor. They putbusbin the noisy courtyard with movie not quiet courtyard likebwe asked as we have small children. As a reusltbour kids didn't fall asleep until close to 11pm. Courtyard was even noisy after movie finished. Also, upon seeting foot in room, there was garbage on floor, like candy wrappers, Ro was dirty, mirror had spit on it and bathroom had hairs.
That is was so close to attraction and indoor water park, didnt have to drive.
The noise from people above my room, very loud.
