I will never return to this hotel or water park.
Pros:

We asked for extra blankets pillows and garbage bags and they were brought promptly.

Cons:

Hotel is in need of repair. Beds were very uncomfortable. No table or chairs in the big open space in our room. Dirty old smelly carpets. Food in the area was overpriced. Staff said they would put a birthday banner on our door for my son but never followed through. Not happy with price we paid for what we got. There were hockey families occupying the hotel there were fights and yelling among adults. Kids were loud and running through the halls and courtyards. The water park was over crowded. Long lines for slides. The cabana we rented was overpriced and didn’t come with anything worthwhile. Ie couldn’t eat or drink, couldn’t keep the towels, no tv no music like other cabanas we rented.

Pros:

They have movie night which is great for the kids and they enjoyed it so much

Cons:

The staff was very unfriendly, manager very rude, mix up with room request and they treated the situation very unproffessionaly

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others
Pros:

We requested an early check in because our granddaughter had an unexpected procedure done and we were so happy to get into our rooms early.

Cons:

That we couldn’t sit out in the courtyard after ten.Again it was only because we couldn’t go too far with our granddaughter.

Checkout was at 11am, waterpark pass was til 3pm. Would have been better if pass could have gone to 4 so we could use the rooms again after

If you're looking for savings and not a 5star hotel.. this is worth your money.
Pros:

I like that it is close to other amenities so there are other things to do in the area and having access to the waterpark.

Cons:

We do an annual trip with the family once a year to Niagara, the hotel could be a little more updated as it's been the same for literally 10 yrs or so. No microwave, that was disappointing. And the vending machines never seem to work, either cash only or debit only or never dispensing the exact change.
