Great Place to stay in Niagara Falls
Pros:

I loved the location and the hotel was very clean. The courtyard was a great touch and loved the skywalk to the waterpark. Perkins was a nice touch next door.

Cons:

It got loud in the morning and night due to so many young children.

Pros:

hotel was close enough to water park

Cons:

staff at water park were very rude, water park seemed super crowded more then id ever seen before
my friends room had very comfy beds my room was more expensive and bed was uncomfortable. We just arrived home from dinner and some security complained to us about noise. Check in and check out seemed like the person didnt know what they were doing. phone call at 8 am when everyone was asleep to tell me they messed up and lost the credit card number.

Best march break ever (as per my 3 kids kids) 😀
Pros:

Perfect for families.. The location is perfect. 10 minutes from Clinton av.
The room was clean, matress comfortable. Its not a five star but to my kids it was.
The kids had an amazing time. Party perfect for kids. The hotel played a movie in evening in a louange area.
I will come back again for sure.

Cons:

The hotel wasn't perfect, there is always something we are unhappy about but if you' ask my kids ... everything was perfect.
Best march break ever !

La proximité et son emplacement

Cons:

Les salles de bain sont quelque peu désuètes . La douche envoie de l'eau partout et le rideau ne couvre pas assez pour empêcher l'eau de couler partout ! le réglage de température de l'eau n'est pas facile a ajuster

We were 7 in the suite, not enough towels for everyone, no shampoo or hand soap left in bottles, took over 1-2 mins to get warm water.

It's connected to the waterpark which is awesome.

Cons:

Not the property itself. But the amount we agreed to on booking was not honoured. We ended up paying an additional $100. The lady at the front desk was not helpful in honouring the price we were provided on booking. We were aware of all additional fees so that wasn't the concern. The concern was that we were overcharged per room fee. They required a different breakdown than what booking provides. Super frustrating.

Not good to stay.
Pros:

The location is ok accessible to waterpark

Cons:

It's very noisy we can hear loud the footsteps upstairs we didn't have a good sleep the 2 nights we stayed It's very annoying we midnight and early morning they're walking around and it's too loud we can't sleep.

Pros:

Staff was nice .

Cons:

Didn't like that I had to park in another parking lot and walk over. I found the parking not easy to get to the hotel the signs were slightly misleading .
Also the check in and check out times were convenient for spending the day at the water park.
