Staff gave us the wrong type of room booked. I had emailed the hotel in advance to specifically inform them it was a 50th stay for my partner. I had to go back to the reception to complain about the room not being what I paid for. The reception manager upgraded the room for us.

Surprisingly easy to find, use, and relax. Thanks for letting us use your luggage room too.

So central! Friendly, great breakfast, cute statue at entrance.

Cons:

Rooms were smaller and most didn't have views, but it's possible to pay a bit more and get a good view of the waterfront.
