It was clean and very well kept
The hot tub wasn’t working
The room was clean
I could get no towels, the mattress were too soft my I was in pain all while I was there because of the bed too low and no hot water and one of the house keeper was rude I will not be back; the pool was out and the hot tub my getaway was not so good I was disappointed ☹️
Parking limited. Hotel being remodeled eith room upgrades not working in regards to bedside lights not working, bathroom lighting insufficient for size of bathroom and no bedside alarm clock available. Room was clean.
My biggest complaint is that it only had 4 working channels and it was loud
Place appeared to be renovating. Stuff not working, smelled like mildew. I would not stay again
The hotel was under renovation. The fitness center, swimming pool and ice makers were not working. When we arrived the phones were not working either. You can see where they had discarded old mattresses and furniture on the side from our window. The continental breakfast was good with a variety of options and cleaning and wait staff accommodating.
We had a medical emergency and attempted to cancel our reservation for DAYS but we were never able to reach anyone at this property. We ended up paying for rooms that were unable to be used. Total ripoff.
The TV said it needed to be configured for its time, so I had to spend several minutes understanding how to deal with it. Other than that, a very good stay.
El servicio
Nada todo estuvo perfecto
We were told when checking in that there was no internet or TV reception available. It was after 9 pm and a long day of driving so we were willing to accept that. We noticed that the pool and exercise room were posted with out of order signs. Shortly after getting to our room the fire alarm went off and we evacuated the building. We were able to return to the lobby to wait while the fire dept checked the building and alarm system. The lead firefighter told the manager on duty and spoke on the phone to another manager that they had already discussed with them about the fire alarm system and the problems it had. While waiting in the lobby we heard from other guests that the alarm had gone off at least 3 times earlier and when we asked the night manager if it was going to happen again, he was unsure. At least 3 other guests left the hotel with their luggage during our wait in the lobby. At that point we decided to also leave because of the uncertainty of anything working correctly but more importantly the safety of the hotel.
We had stayed at this location in the past and it had been a very nice hotel. Very disappointed at what happened that evening and what this hotel has become. We have trusted Hotels.com listings and use this app on most of our travels. Now we are unsure whether we should continue to do so.
Also we should not be charged for this room as the hotel was unsafe and should not have been listed on your site.
Dirty room
Property was old and not well taken care of. I could see mold in the grout in the bathroom. Some of the tile was coming off the wall near the floor. Weird smell, like trying to cover up smoke smell.
First, the pool area is very unappealing. The caution tape everywhere is a turn off. The rust on the door makes customers don't want to go in. The so call breakfast is nothing like the pictures that are in the breaking area. The carpet on the first floor by the elevator needs to be chaged. The elevator floor was disgusting but the yried to clean it. The rust on the bathroom door in room 327 needs to be cleaned. The mold in the shower on the left side on the ceiling needs to be cleaned. The smell when you walk in the doors by the front desk is foul. The sheets on the bed made me itch. I'm thinking they was changed from the stay before me. I had to sleep in my own bedding that I bought from home. The last but not least. Why is room 327 door sign is a piece of blue painters tape. I have pictures of everything that I mentioned.
It was close to my family residence.
The place smells like mold , the pool area was dirty and the hot tub was broke it needs to be closed down and cleaned thoroughly get that mold smell out the pool area and the hotel . I was really disappointed my daughter got a rash from the water
Very nice and friendly
I chose this hotel because it had a pool so the grandkids could swim, but unfortunately, the pool is out of service and there is no indication on the website of this
