Great location and clean rooms

Cons:

Our room never got below 77-78 degrees and was uncomfortable when we arrived on Friday. Was told the hotel was overbooked on Saturday when inquiring about the temperature and requesting to change rooms. The hotel gave us a fan. At 11:30pm on Saturday we were relocated to a different room after raising our concerns for the third time.

Great location. Close to Lucas oil stadium 8-10 minute walk and very close to gainbridge arena... close to great restaurants and very walkable downtown so many restaurants and bars...great room..we had a king studio suite on 4th floor...beds very comfortable..shower had great water pressure..great storage in room..kitchenette had everything you needed for your stay and breakfast was awesome..we are vegan and they had almond and oat milk for cereals along with overnight prepared oats and chia pudding with oatmilk..fresh fruit so way more options and somewhat healthy than what we seem to encounter in many other hotel chains! Also the decor inside the hotel was awesome..they blended styles of the original historic warehouse along with trendy modern lofty styles seamlessly..I am always impressed with hotels that blend styles of the past with the future to represent the best of both..
Stay here.. you wont be disappointed

It was clean, friendly and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with lots of options. Would stay again!
Pros:

Close to everything downtown. Walking distance to Gainbridge, Lucas Oil and every bar and restaurant downtown.

Cons:

I was 3rd floor on the street side. It’s a little noisy, mainly from crotch rockets and loud exhaust cars riving their motors to show off, but wasn’t too bad.

Excellent stay, looking forward to returning to Homewood Suites in the future.
Pros:

Everything went well. The hotel staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This includes the valet parking staff, the front desk staff and the breakfast kitchen employee.

Great. The general manager Ben, was a great help
Pros:

Close to iu medical center was a real plus for me

No parking except for pay. Should have have free parking for customers staying at the motel

All around great stay.
Pros:

Location is perfect for games at The Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The rooms are really nice and big, but the only issue was the noise from the room above. The free breakfast in the morning was also really good.

Cons:

It was pretty pricey and the parking was expensive.
