Posizione top ma l’hotel un vero flop

La posizione della struttura, l’aria condizionata e la doccia

Le dimensioni della camera erano davvero ridotte, il balcone in realtà non è altro che un Juliet Balcony quindi molto piccolo.
Ogni giorno non sono state rimpiazzate tazzine e caffe etc etc e soprattutto acqua fondamentale con il caldo.
Una sera abbiamo richiesto visto che non ci erano stati rimpiazzati dei nuovi accappatoio, dopo 40 minuti di attesa è salito in camera il receptionist dicendo che non vi erano alcuni disponibili.
Inoltre, la prima notte ci è letteralmente caduta tutta la struttura della tenda addosso.
Abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera nella notte visto che dormire con la luce negli occhi non era in massimo.
Ci hanno detto che non avevano camere disponibili se non con letti separati(siamo una coppia)
Inoltre, ci siamo fatti male ma nessuno si è preoccupato di chiederci se stessimo bene e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa.

I wouldn't stay here again and I feel that fair price for this stay is max 120 eur.
Pros:

Main thing I liked was a gentlemen at recepcition that is honestly too nice for this hotel and should look for work in a place that's matching his kindness and level of hospitality.

Cons:

The room was not as nearly as represented on booking. Electric wiring sticking out in every corner of the ceiling. Wall were so dirty and weared from people pulling luggage of not it really looks beat up. Breakfast I'd rate at 1/10. They were kind enough to warm up almond milk for us but for the price and presentation this is horrible. Ingredients were very low quality, even tho restaurant is the nices space in the hotel. The hallways of the hotel are also horrible. The carpets are ripped and old. Furniture looks so bleached and worn out giving an impression that this is a hostel for broke students not a 4 star hotel. Honestly I really do not understand how they have 4 stars.. Coming here to stay for our anniversary was trully disappointing even tho we had a great time.

Amazing
Pros:

My bed was excellent- very comfy. My room was all I needed and the bathroom was a good size. The staff were super helpful and extremely nice. Everything was so easy. The location was very central to all attractions. I was very happy with my stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good value for money. The layout of the breakfast room was little chaotic.
