Sehr schön und super gut 👍
Pros:

Die Lage war super, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin ( z.B.) Brandenburger Tor…. und das Frühstück war sehr Reichhaltig, sehr große Auswahl.

Beautiful, Stylish Hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful stylish hotel in a great location for exploring Berlin. From the moment we checked in our experience was perfect, the guy was so helpful as we had arrived earlier than the regular check in time. He offered us a drink and then informed us that we could have a junior room which was ready on the 4th floor. The room overlooked a lovely square and was spacious and super clean. The bed was huge & very comfy, we both slept really well. Their breakfast was so good, everything you need on the excellent quality buffet and a menu to order extras. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. If we visit Berlin again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else ! Highly recommend.

Great location, spotless and modern, but the air conditioning system needs improvement.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent. The area feels very safe, even when walking around in the evening, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Many of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were clean and convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s tastes.

Cons:

It was hot everywhere.

We stayed during a heat wave in Berlin, but apart from the breakfast area, the entire hotel was uncomfortably warm. The gym wasn’t air-conditioned, and in our room the air conditioning wouldn’t cool below 24°C.

The staff explained that the system “balances temperatures,” so instead of setting it to 19°C, we should set it to 21°C and it would supposedly cool the room better. Unfortunately, that didn’t work. They ended up bringing us a fan.

After taking a shower, we couldn’t even leave the bathroom door open to let it air out because the heat and humidity would quickly warm up the entire room. The air conditioning simply couldn’t keep up.

We also couldn’t open the curtains during the day because our room faced the sun, and the direct sunlight made the room even hotter.

Good Hotel but Expected a Little More
Pros:

The biggest advantage of Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection is its excellent location. The Gendarmenmarkt and many of the surrounding sights are easily accessible on foot. Bed was comfy and room was clean.
But I expected a little better experience than the four-star standard. Some of the services seemed a bit slow and the breakfast options seemed a bit limited to me. The hotel was good, but expected to be a bit more expensive. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

Decent hotel, certainly not five star
Pros:

Good location and design, breakfast was quite good (buffet + a limited but tasty à la carte menu)

Downsides: air conditioning was not very powerful I visited during a heatwave and it could not really keep up. Service was also inconsistent - my room was not cleaned. I reached out to the front desk after the stay and they said it was because I had my do not disturb sign out - but I was out of the room from 9:30 AM - 4 PM and did not have my do not disturb sign out. Maybe housekeeping checked before or after then, but to not have housekeeping during those hours is unacceptable for what claims to be a five star hotel. Management was also very dismissive when I reached out over email on this point.

Schickes Hotel in zentraler Lage aber alles in allem nicht wirklich 5 Sterne.
Pros:

Ein sehr schickes , gute gelegenes Hotel.

Cons:

Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals vor allem beim Frühstück nicht ausreichend.
Dem Mann der einen beim Frühstück begrüßt, sollte mal gesagt werden, dass er kein Türsteher in einem Club ist, sondern der erste Kontakt den ein Gast am Morgen mit dem Hotel hat.

Room with a view and hotel with a spa
Pros:

My solo three days stay to explore the city of Berlin became a relaxing three day rest in the spa. This hotel has great facilities, including fitness, yoga room, sunroom, hot and wet saunas. The relaxation amenities were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, but next time would make sure my room was a little larger as the rooms were on the smaller side.

Pros:

The location is great, as well as a welcome drink service. The breakfast is good, but not worth 37 euro pp.

Cons:

The AC did not work properly and as we learned at the check out it was due to the fact that it was shut down. Opening the window didn’t help, as there was no breeze coming from the inner yard.
The corridors on the floors were stifling, with no air at all.
The room was clean, but shared spaces for example the elevator was not. We also did not have a full set of towels, and had to ask for them at the front desk.
Moreover, we experience some mistreatment during check in, the lady was rude and judging our looks, but at the check out this situation was discussed and a remedy was proposed and accepted.
