Molto accogliente, stanza ottima , staff gentile e la posizione eccezionale con la metro sotto casa e molto negozi e grandi magazzini. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel cerca de donde vive nuestra hija en Madrid. Conocemos la zona y nos gusta esta zona.

Cons:

El detalle que consideramos que debe mejorar el hotel es la iluminación tanto de la habitación como en especial la del cuarto de baño. Nos encontramos con el inconveniente que en la zona del espejo no había luz suficiente tanto para afeitarme yo como para maquillarse mi mujer. Pensamos también que la luz del cuarto de baño debe ser una luz "fría" y no "cálida" que es la que tenía el cuarto de baño.
En la habitación tambien notamos que faltaba luz.

Hotel lag in der Nähe von der Metro Station, Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Gut gelegen.

Cons:

Personal nur bedingt freundlich, das Hotel ist ein wenig runtergekommen.
