Excelente ubicación y relación calidad precio.
Desde la primera vez que conocí el hotel me encantó, siempre que viajamos a Madrid nos alojamos con toda la familia. Muy recomendable, excelente ubicación, camas cómodas y buen restaurante, es sencillo pero la pasas super bien. Lo recomiendo 100%.

El personal agrasable y atento en todo momento, las instalaciones muy bien , el desayuno estaba bastante bien .El bar los chicos super atentos , comimos un dia y cenamos dos , todo muy bueno.Repetiremos
Hotel moderno e confortevole, con fermata metro a un passo, camera con ogni confort, letto comodissimo e uso del minibar e macchinetta caffè inclusi. La colazione è molto completa con grande varietà di ottime pietanze dolci e salate. Personale cordialissimo.

Pues sus camas, cómodas y grandes, el detalle de las zapatillas y botellas de agua , su cafetería, su ubicación y su personal.
Lo que no me gusta, es el que hay bañera en algunas habitaciones, resulta incómodo.

The room was super clean, I had all the things I needed and the service was excellent
I think somebody was smoking in the next room because sometimes we could smell it. But overall I don't have complains about the hotel. The people was always super nice.
