Cons:

Ich war bisher immer sehr zufrieden und wir haben dieses Hotel schon öfter besucht. Dieses Mal waren wir jedoch enttäuscht, weil es bei der Buchung keine klare Information darüber gab, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Es stand lediglich, dass der Pool bis zum 18. Januar geschlossen sein würde. Genau deshalb haben wir bewusst im Februar gebucht, da meine Kinder unbedingt in den Pool wollten.

Ich hätte es sehr fair gefunden, wenn das Hotel uns vor der Anreise darüber informiert hätte, dass der Pool weiterhin geschlossen bleibt. Dann hätten wir unseren Urlaub rechtzeitig verschieben können. Leider ist das nicht passiert. Wir kommen normalerweise gerade wegen der Erholung am Pool hierher – deshalb war diese Situation für uns besonders ärgerlich.

Wir wurden im Vorfeld nicht informiert das das Schwimmbad geschlossen war , für uns war es ein entscheidendes Kriterium da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, da wir aber erst gegen 0uhr auf Grund der wetterbedingungen angereist sind hatten wir keine Kraft zum umbuchen ! Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war nicht 5* würdig ! Also unser lang ersehntes Familien Wochenende war nicht super ! 🥺

Angenehme Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Leider wurden wir schon vorab informiert, dass der Wellnessbereich nicht geöffnet ist. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr schade.

Die Lage ist sehr gut (direkt gegenüber vom Zoo)
Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist "in die Jahre gekommen". Leider waren die Fugen in der Dusche extrem verschimmelt und daher sehr ekelig. Das Schwimmbad könnte leider nicht benutzt werden, die Fernsehprogramme funktionierten nicht. An der Rezeption würden wir mehrfach ( freundlich) vertröstet aber geändert hat sich nichts
Das Entschädigungsangebot war lächerlich. Fazit: ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal und ein gutes Frühstück wurde präsentiert.
Die Lage war wirklich perfekt und die Bar am Abend rundete alles ab.

Cons:

Leider war der Pool defekt und eine Massage wurde wie vorab versprochen, leider nicht angeboten. Es wurde erst auf Nachfrage etwas vom Preis erstattet.
