Pros:

It was very spacious and we've got a nice quiet room, good coffee machine and fridge. The bathroom was also quite big, with a nice shower.

Cons:

During our stay the pool amenities were not working, and actually we booked the hotel for the swimming pool. Our bathroom shower was clogged and the water overflowed a bit.

Das Personal war freundlich, und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Am Tag vor der Anreise wird uns mitgeteilt, dass der Pool nicht zur Verfügung steht. Bei der Anreise werden wir auf ein Zimmer geschickt, dass nicht gemacht ist. Danach bekommen wir ein Zimmer, in dem es kein Internet gibt, sondern erst gekauft werden muss für 20 €. Trotz aller Versuche ist es uns nicht gelungen, das Zimmer auf einer Raumtemperatur runter zu kühlen, die angenehm war.
Als ich mich bei der Abreise beim Personal beschwerte, wurde mir gesagt, dass man mir kein Angebot machen könne, da ich über einen Drittanbieter gebucht hatte. Auch sagte das Personal, dass ihn diese Probleme häufiger begegnen und viele Gäste unzufrieden sein.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer in der 9. Etage. Frühstücksbuffet sehr umfangreich und gut.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel unter anderem deshalb gebucht, weil ich den Wellnessbereich nutzen wollte. Leider musste ich vor Ort feststellen, dass die Sauna außer Betrieb bzw. defekt war. Auf diesen Umstand wurde bei der Buchung nicht hingewiesen.

Hätte ich dies im Vorfeld gewusst, hätte ich mich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Eine Kulanz wurde nicht angeboten.

Die Tiefgarage ist mit einem größeren PKW schon nicht ganz einfach zu befahren - aber wenigstens gibt es eine Garage:-)
