Keine regulären Fernsehprogramme, bzw. Es konnte kein Programm geschaut werden. WLAN extrem langsam.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut erreichbar und liegt günstig – sowohl der Zoo als auch die Innenstadt sind schnell erreichbar, auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Der Eingangsbereich ist besonders und hinterlässt direkt einen positiven ersten Eindruck.

Besonders angenehm war, dass wir etwas früher als angegeben einchecken durften – das hat den Start unseres Aufenthalts deutlich entspannter gemacht.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und die Betten sowie Kissen sehr bequem – wir konnten uns gut erholen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und qualitativ hochwertig. Insgesamt hat man gemerkt, dass sich Mühe gegeben wird und vieles gut organisiert ist.

Cons:

Das Frühstück liegt preislich eher im oberen Bereich – gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre eine etwas flexiblere Preisgestaltung wünschenswert.

Der Wellness-, Fitness- und Poolbereich ist relativ klein und bietet nur begrenzten Platz. Zudem waren einige Geräte nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt wirkte es teilweise recht voll, sodass der Entspannungsfaktor eingeschränkt war. Für Familien ist das ausreichend, entspricht jedoch nicht dem klassischen Wellnesshotel-Standard.

Hyvä sijainti ja kulkuyhteydet, loistava aamupala ja sänky tyynyineen.

Cons:

Huoneen ilmanvaihto ei toiminut, saatiin raikasta ilmaa kun antoivat poikkeuksellisesti avata ikkunan. Palvelun laatu vaihteli henkilön mukaan, mutta jäi kaiken kaikkiaan jäi melko nihkeä fiilis.
