Zeer prettige hotel
Pros:

Iedereen supper aardig en behulpzaam,
Ontbijt was ook super lekker en uitgebreid.
Slaapkamers ook perfect en natuurlijk het zwembad was een topper

Przyjemny pobyt
Pros:

Hotel w dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko metra i sklepów spożywczych. Pokój był przestronny, a łazienka dosyć spora. Pobyt uznaje za udany.

Cons:

Godziny otwarcia basenu są słabo przemyślane. Sama droga na basen jest nie jasna i za pierwszym razem łatwo się zgubić.
Dodatkowym minusem był brak informacji o depozycie, za który trzeba zapłacić kartą kredytową. Myślę, że warto informować o tym gości bo nie każdy będzie mieć przy sobie gotówkę i kartę kredytową…

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir haben es ausgewählt um den Zoo zu besuchen. Sehr gute Auswahl aufgrund des kurzen Weges.

Rund rum gelungen
Pros:

Lage ist super ,man ist in 3 Minuten am Bus 200 oder 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Zoo um Öffis zu benutzen, aber auch zu Fuß kommt man gut weiter.
Frühstuck ist immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich habe wie immer nichts auszusetzen ,deshalb gehe ich auch ins Pullmann Schweizerhof wenn ich in Berlin bin .

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful. Loved all the artwork. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast plus the restaurant had a nice menu too.

Cons:

Housekeeping didnt wash cups or clear glasses from our rooms daily. Only enough milk, tea, coffee etc left for one cup each so we had to keep asking for more.

Pros:

1.Lokalizacja wyborna! Samo centrum, jednak hotel jest umiejscowiony przy Zoo więc uliczny zgiełk zupełnie go nie dotyka. Przystanki komunikacji miejskiej na wyciągnięcie ręki. 5min piechotą od centr handlowych, 3 min od bramy wejściowej do Zoo.
2. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna. Wszyscy nastawieni są na pomoc i zapewnienie gościom przyjemnego pobytu.
3. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, wszystko świeże, godziny serwowania poczęstunku szerokie

Odwiedzałem ten hotel z trójką dzieci i z żoną. Wielki ukłon w kierunku personelu za dołożenie starań aby nasze dwa pokoje były jak najbliżej siebie oraz profesjonalną obsługę w trakcie posiłku aby inni goście nie czuli obecności naszych dzieci oraz zeby moja rodzina w tej sytuacji nie czuła się skrępowana. Na pewno wrócimy !!

Nichts, einchecken war eine Katastrophe, ging über Stunden.

Cons:

Frühstück für EUR 35 geht gar nicht, schlechter als vorher, was das Angebot betrifft.
War jahrelang Kunde, werde nicht mehr dort buchen.
