Отель оставил в целом очень приятное впечатление. Отличное расположение — рядом парк, спокойный и безопасный район, при этом большинство достопримечательностей находятся относительно недалеко.

Номера и инфраструктура отеля местами уже немного уставшие, но это скорее если придираться. В целом всё соответствует своей цене, особенно учитывая, что аналогичные варианты уровня 5* стоили почти в два раза дороже. Шумоизоляция хорошая, матрасы и подушки комфортные, номера просторные.

Завтраки хорошие: выбор достойный, хотя при длительном проживании может не хватать разнообразия блюд. Но если останавливаться на 2–3 дня, это совершенно не критично. Отдельный плюс — просекко на завтрак.

Бассейн для детей вполне хороший. В зоне саун, к сожалению, работала только сухая сауна: хамам был закрыт, а в другой части велись ремонтные работы.

В целом отдыхом остались довольны, отель можно рекомендовать по соотношению цена/качество.

Cons:

При заселении на ресепшене попросили заморозить достаточно крупную сумму на карте — 2000 евро. При бронировании подобные условия указаны не были. При этом номер у нас уже был полностью оплачен, мини-бара в номере не было, завтраки также были включены, а само проживание длилось всего 3 ночи.

Мы много раз останавливались в отелях сети Pullman, но с подобной просьбой столкнулись впервые. В итоге мы отказались замораживать средства, и номера нам всё равно предоставили.

Ситуация не стала проблемой, но неприятный осадок всё же остался.

Hätte alles funktioniert, wäre das Hotel eine Empfehlung wert - so ist es bei mir durchgefallen.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals waren sehr gut, ebenso die Lage und die grundsätzliche Ausstattung.
Bad war schön hell.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr warm und auch die Klimaanlage, die nicht wirklich funktioniert hat, konnte das nicht ändern. Die Möglichkeit die Fenster zu kippen macht es zur Straße hin sehr laut. Der Fernsehempfang hat nicht funktioniert - kein Programm. Und weil nur zwei von drei Aufzügen in Betrieb waren kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten und unangenehmer Enge in den Aufzügen sowie langen Fahrzeiten (Halt in jeder Etage)

Friendly staff; the variety of food offered for breakfast is fair. Reliable internet connection.

I was surprised to see that most of the TV channels were in German, so if you do not know the language, there is very limited TV entertainment. What really upset me was the inability to reach the concierge. Many people come for business and tourism, and we do not spend much time at the hotel. I stopped by the front desk three times to inquire about a shuttle to the airport. Each time, I was referred to the concierge service, which, if I remember correctly, was open only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We were leaving the hotel by 8 a.m. at the latest and returning after 5 p.m.

Obsługa, lokalizacja oraz śniadania na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje choć trochę za małe ale nienaganie posprzątane, łóżka bardzo wygodne. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.Na pewno wrócimy .Pozdrawiam serdecznie))

Lovely hotel great location , if air con had worked I would have given it top marks for everything. , pool was amazing
Pros:

The spa was beautiful , location perfect next to tiergarten , the room was good , shower great and all the products in bathroom great

Cons:

Air con did not work for the whole duration 4 nights , was told it had not been switched to summer ( this was 2nd may ) 29 degrees outside so room was very hot the whole stay
