Overrated and overpriced hotel. Its barely a 3 star hotel. A/C basically doesnt blow out any air, room is like a steam room!
Hotel only days away from major renovation. Building facade covered in scaffolding. this should have been disclosed prior to accepting the booking. That said staff were friendly and the internals of the property clean although tired.
good location easy walk to beach and old town.
La gentillesse du personnel 4eme visite
Niente.
Główne wejście do hotelu zostało zastawione rusztowaniami i codziennie robotnicy "umilali" nam czas wiercąc, stukając i hałasując.

Location is good, a block from the little esplanade by the bay for nice morning and evening walks. The accoutrements in the room were nice - little biscuits and bottled water. It’s nice that they accept dogs, which was helpful for my trip. And the staff were all kind and helpful.
“Dated” doesn’t even begin to describe it. Pulled up carpeting in the halls, a bad smell in the lobby when you walk in, and the worst parking garage in Europe with a leaky waterfall inside and almost no real parking at all. The paint in the room was peeling and scratched off, and the whole room and halls smelled old.
I cannot believe this is a Melía-flagged hotel, nor that they are charging $300+ per night. When a hotel is in this condition you have two options: either make it a super budget option with certain caveats, or remodel and make it livable.
I cannot rank the value higher than a 3 or 4, though as mentioned location and staff are nice.
Location was good.
The lower part of the building was under construction
Location.
Beds and pillows extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Renovations going on all day being very noisy in our room at fifth floor. In the morning during breakfast it was impossible to communicate.
This renovation work ought to be communicated when booking in the app.
Location, next to the beach and close to old town
It’s not a 4*, maybe a 3* at best. It is old, smelly, the beds were not comfortable and the AC barely working.
The parking is difficult to access and the entrance to the building is undergoing major renovations.
