I loved everything about this hotel and our stay. The beach is very nice and the hotel is ON the beach. You go downstairs and exit the lobby to the beach. No drive. The hotel provides beach towls, loungers, and umbrellas at no extra charge. There is also beach service from the restaurant. This is perfect for families with young children.

The pool service is the absolute best. The restaurant Awwa is the restaurant by the pool. The menu is top notch. The food is quite good. My 4 year old loved the fish tacos and the wagu sliders. The upstairs restaurant Kumo is awesome we enjoyed their breakfast and dinner.

The room is amazing. We loved it plus the view of the beach was ideal.

The staff is very accomodating, personable, and polite. We highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. It has beach front. Quiet. Everything was at walking distance. My only issue was that I didn’t get to enjoy the pool on the second floor because the main lobby was under construction. So everyone had to walk up to the second floor. Pass the pool and restaurant.

The property was under renovation during my stay which is something I wish I was aware of prior to booking. The hotel was very noisy due to construction taking place around the clock. I was unable to take naps during the day due to the construction.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Staff is wonderful and really friendly. Our room had a plumbing issue and we were immediately upgraded to a new room. The front desk staff, valet, and restaurant staff were amazing. We stayed doing renovations and the only issues is I wish they started their work later then 5am.

Room - the frontbeach view amazing (I wish we had a balcony), the decoration of the room lovely, comfortable bed.
Staff - The guys from the valet parking never smiled or made you feel welcome, the lady that check us in was not in the best mood and when you are checking in that is the first impression you have of the hotel, the staff working at the restaurant great, and the folks at the beach good too.
Property overall nice, feels modern, and the location is prime - the beach they have is a very very pretty beach. but we had the badluck that they are having some remodeling in the firsts floors, we where in the 5th floor and we hear EVERYTHING, starting at 7 am in the mornig, when you are on vacation and want to rest as much as possible. And as an extra comment, for the price they charge as a high end boutique hotel I would expect more details, for the building to be in exceptional contidions and I could caught some details they where not 5 star hotel. Hope they can work in this little details to become an exeptional hotel.

The view from the hotel to the beach was breathtaking. Everyone was really nice as soon as you walk in.

Great staff, luxury rooms. Only downside was there was construction/loud noises going on during my stay.

Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster.
In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!
