Pros:

Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti erinomainen.

Cons:

Aamupala ei ollut buffet tyylinen vaan sait tilata pieneltä listalta yhden annoksen. Annos oli oikein kaunis mutta aivan liian pieni. Jäimme siis aamuisin hieman nälkäisiksi. Pyysin lisäksi hedelmiä mutta minulle vastattiin että ei sisälly aamiaiseen. Lisäksi huone oli todella pieni ja siellä ei tarpeeksi ripustustilaa tai naulakoita.

Disappointing. Been here half a dozen times, worst ever.
Pros:

The breakfast in this hotel is excellent. It's a third party provider and it's one of the best I've experienced when travelling in London.
The location is also good.

Cons:

Two big things:

1. Room 219. It wasn't possible to sit on the toilet normally because there wasn't space for your legs. You had to sit at at ridiculous angle.
2. The fire alarm when every several times an hour from about 06.00 to 8.00. No message of apology.

A great Paddington option
Pros:

Location was great
Muhammed gave such a wonderful welcome at check in
The small room was well done for a small space
Nice spaces to hang out
They were happy to keep my bags while I went for a walk
Check out at 12 is generous

Cons:

The single room had a window into the exterior so it didn’t have fresh air

Location and staff lovely, the room we found quite frustrating comparing to others. We have stayed in the IHG close by w

Great location, lovely staff.

Cons:

First room we asked to be changed as the shower was literally on top of the toilet there was no room.
The second room bathroom was better but there was no hooks to hang towels or dressing gowns.
The furniture is scandi style but very small hanging space for clothes as you had two dressing gowns here.
There was a kettle but no coffee machine. For the price we would have expected a coffee machine. There was no fridge. The only plugs were located on the opposite side of the room. No mirror near the plug area for drying hair.
The duvet cover was too big for the duvet almost like a super king on a super size duvet. Very little room around the bed also made it difficult to iron our clothes. Forgot to make up the room one day and didn’t change towels when we requested.

Die Unterkunft war super. Super zu erreichen vom Bahnhof sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend.

Pros:

Es war sehr Säuberung das Personal freundlich und sehr bemüht auf Wünsche einzugehen. Wir wollten nach der ersten Nacht das Zimmer wechseln ( Lift war Wand an Wand und seeeeeehr laut) Trotz ausverkauftem Hotel wurde alles unternommen um unserem Wunsch nachzugehen! Top !!!!
