Skvělý hotel se skvělým personálem na výborném místě
Pros:

Hotel si zaslouží to nejvyšší ohodnocení. Pan manažer Kerem Tutkum byl velmi milý, ochotný a vše dle našich potřeb zařídil. Komunikace s hotelem před i během pobytu byla na skvělé úrovni. Hotel je velmi čistý, útulný a na výborném místě. To nejlepší z Istanbulu je dostupné pěšky. Při další návštěvě se sem rádi vrátíme. Lenka s rodinou.

Aranjarea paturilor în raport cu blocul sanitar. În așa metraj, după mine doar un singur pat trebuia să fie. Un alt moment este lipsa ventilației în blocul sanitar

The hotel is in a perfect location,walking distance from the main attractions.
The rooms are super clean,the staff is very friendly,and they are doing everything to please their guests.Highly recommenden hotel!We had an airport transfer organized by the hotel,what was very helpful!

Excellent hotel- great location and value. Dont forget to check out the gorgeous terrace view! Staff (especially Kerem) looked after us so well. Tesekkurler! Highly recommend.

Estancia maravillosa, su ubicación es perfecta para explorar Estambul, todo estaba limpio, cómodo y muy bien organizado.
Un agradecimiento especial a Kerem, quien fue extremadamente amable, atento y eficiente durante toda nuestra estancia. Nos facilitó todo y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos con cualquier solicitud.
En general, el personal fue muy amable y el servicio excelente. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel y nos encantaría volver a alojarnos aquí en el futuro.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

This hotel was brilliant. Fantastic location to main sights of Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, Kopaki Palace and Blue Mosque. Walking distance to Grand and Spice Bazaars. It is down a side street but close to loads of eating places. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and the breakfast is a lovely buffet. There is a kettle and tea and coffee and a bottle of water in the room. The staff are very friendly and helpful . Definitely recommend and would stay again.
