Everything really clean. The staff so nice, especially with my daughters when they came with chocolate and talked to my daughters. We really liked the swimming pool area. Cozy and nice. The restaurante also was really nice.
Only that it was so big that it took quite long to get from a place to place. I was lucky my brother and his family were quite close but the breakfast was far away so we didnt buy breakfast for that reason.

Fantastic stay! Picturesque location with high standards and services.
The highlight of the holiday was the football/soccer camp for our 11 year old son. He plays at academy level and Ben and the coaching team at Estima Sports kept him challenged & sharp with quality drills while making sure he had fun.
pools were wonderful, shame we didnt have weather to use them. Beach was lovely - nice walks along it. Superb buffett breakfast - so much choice and staff on this shift were wonderful
evening buffett options noyt worth the price, very expensive for food kept under heaters for hours.
We visited the resort during the Easter school holidays and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations.
• The kids’ club required booking at least two days in advance, which was quite inconvenient.
• The sofa bed provided for the children was very uncomfortable.
• The kids’ club was not included in the stay and was relatively expensive.
• Approximately one-third of the restaurants were closed during our visit.
• Overall, the experience did not reflect the level of luxury we had anticipated.

There are many beautiful beach resorts in the Algarve, I’d advise against going here. The staff are disorganised and haphazard, everything is chargeable/ overpriced, the rooms lack sound proofing in the hotel, there are ants in the bathroom, there is scaffolding and paint fumes in the hotel, the villa we stayed in needed vast maintenance and was unclean, the beach is cramped, untidy with limited deckchairs. Most restaurants are closed or under maintenance, there are no watersports, there are no loos on the beach and the beach Mare restaurant is falling apart after a storm. All the pools are cold and crammed full of children and the golf costs a family of 3 over £500 for 9 holes. Luxury Collection? There are plenty of nicer places for the price they charge with all the hidden extras. Algarve and the people on a plus are beautiful just not in this place sadly :(

Die Klippen, die Pinienbäume, die Kultur der Gäste, die Sportmöglichkeiten, es hat sich alles gut verteilt. Die Servicekraft im Costa Kaffee Iryna war spitze, so freundlich, so aufgestellt.
Die grosse Wohnung war top ausgestattet, viel Platz.
Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Geschirrspühler, Aquabar, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett...einfach alles top.
Manchmal mussten wir länger auf den Shuttle warten. Die Klappstühle am Strand waren nicht so bequem, deshalb waren wir jeweils nur kurz am Strand.
Beautiful hotel, very peaceful. Perfect for families. The apartments have everything you could need for a weeks stay.
Everything was excellent
Our stay at Pine Cliffs Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The accommodation was beautiful, the service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast, especially the breads and incredible strawberry jam, was a highlight each morning. The peaceful, well-kept surroundings made it easy to fully relax. The champagne bar at sunset is an absolute must and the perfect way to end the day. There are quite a few great restaurants close by, and transport via taxi or using a ridesharing services are very well priced.
The Culligan filtered water machine was not working initially, but once we reported it, it was replaced within minutes, which we appreciated. The laundry dryer also did not function, though we discovered this late and did not have the opportunity to report it. A quick check of in-room equipment to ensure everything is in working order would further enhance the experience. These were minor issues and did not take away from an otherwise excellent stay.
