Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway - Adults Only

Our experience was amazing. The room was big and had an awesome view of the ocean. We ate at all three restaurants and the food was terrific. Paul Martinez the pool butler took care of all our needs while hanging out at the pool

This place is a wonderful smaller resort which can be all inclusive or you can pay for drinks and meals. All of the staff treat you extremely well and I felt spoiled for the entire week. At breakfast and lunch we had Javier DeLao, Noel, Edgar, Erick and others. They were so nice and accommodating. By the pool was our favorite pool guy, Paul.He joked with us, spoiled us, and helped in any way he could. The bartenders were also great. The cleaning staff were trustworthy and you rarely saw them. The room was cleaned every time wevreturned to our room. The food was so delicious and the staff there were wonderful and fun, too. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The resort is close and walking distance to all the shops, bars, boardwalk, and the main part of town. I loved it and felt so spoiled the entire week. I highly recommend it for a couple or a group of friends.

The best hotel in Puerto Vallarta! The staff is so incredibly nice and super attentive.Paul the pool boy is great! Always checking in and super helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Villa Premiere.

Wonderful Experience - Handicap Accessible
My whole family stayed at Villa Premier and we all had a fantastic experience.
This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in Mexico that is Handicap Accessible!! There are ramps to get into the hotel, to the pool area, to the elevators etc. There also is a great hand rail to get into the pool. This is a fabulous feature!!
We had the all inclusive package, I recommend getting that. The breakfast was delicious and lunch by the pool everyday was great. Paul, at the pool area will take care of you like family. The food at the dinner restaurants was ok. Everyone in my party (6) wanted Mexican food, tacos, tamales, beans, rice, etc. They were trying too hard and had pretentious food and tiny portions.
The rooms were very clean, firm comfortable beds. Good AC ( if it’s not cold enough tell the front desk and they will lower the temperature) They stocked the mini fridge every day…. The only downside is there were not any snacks in the room.
Everyone working at this hotel was very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help and were truly happy to work there.

I came looking for a luxury place with a relaxing vibe. This place really delivers: comfy poolside vibe, perfect bay views, easy beach access, tasty tuna tacos. Paul was especially attentive. Not just with me but with everyone I saw him serve.

Everything was perfect. Paul is one of our favorites as well as Javier and many others.

This is the only place that I stay in PV. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is busy but not crazy and the rooms serve their purpose. The food at the restaurants is quite good. My only complaint is that the pool drinks are not strong enough and the pool menu selection is not great.

Pool bar/wait staff fantastic

We had a wonderful stay once again at Villa Premiere. Staff is wonderful. Views are great and I agree with others the food overall could be a little better. La Perla is a nice addition to the resort. Only negative thing for us was the ac turning off in the middle of the night and then we would wake up sweating. Then it would loudly kick back on later.

We had such a lovely time here. Was a dual purpose trip friend’s wedding and our honeymoon. I did fracture my ankle getting into the hot tub of our suite BUT that was my fault and the staff was absolutely amazing. They had a doctor on staff at the hotel who came to check me out and escort me to the hospital. And when I returned the staff who were already amazing were so kind, sweet, and accommodating. We were able to spend a lot time at the pool where Paul made sure we got the chairs we wanted, all the drinks we wanted, all the food we wanted. Paul is your guy at the pool. Even though it wasn’t the trip we planned we had such a great time at villa premiere. I do wish some of the food was a little better overall it’s good but was hoping for a little better. The views are amazing, you can hear the ocean from your room and have the option of hanging by the beach in cabana reserved for the hotel guests. Regardless of the fractured ankle and the SOMETIMES mediocre food we would happily come back to villa premiere.

We stayed at villa premier. It was fantastic the staff was so nice and accommodating for allergies. Paul at the pool was fantastic. All the restaurant staff and bar staff were amazing! The atmosphere is very chill and all the little touches were great. Turndown service and pillow menu was very cool.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this boutique resort. They are so accommodating and welcoming and it truly feels like coming home when we are here. From the front desk, to Tammy at concierge, and I have to include everyone that truly made and makes us feel special: Paul at the pool, Jorge, Jose, Hugo, Javier, Cesar, Enrique, Enrique number two, Esteban, Erik, Edgar,Noel and all the gentleman at the door. We truly appreciate the wonderful service. Great food and very clean hotel. Thank you!
