Cockroaches!l, on the bed!! Three different rooms! Every time they changed our room, we found cockroaches! we didn’t get until 11pm with two kids. Just awful!! I will never stay at a Beat Western again. The front desk offered my 20% off our bill but I can’t imagine charging anyone for bugs!
At the check-in, the gentleman that check us in he noticed the bed was full beds He upgraded them to two queens with no charges. I appreciate that. All the staff we came across was very polite. They greet us with a smile and ask us if we need any help.
The breakfast could’ve been a little more hotter, but it fill the spot
Seemed quiet for the most part, had free breakfast but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The air conditioning was wonderful. Bed was comfortable.
There was a huge disgusting bug that ended up crawling into the bathroom and died on the floor which was absolutely disgusting. I was extremely grossed out by those.
