Pros:

La taille de la chambre

Cons:

Horrible
Pros:

I've been using this establishment since 2012 and have probably stayed at this particular location 100's of times now. It has always been a convenient tucked away safe location. With large bedroom style layouts, very clean, knowledgeable friendly staff and great pricing for the service. It's not a marriot but it's not a motel. Well none of this is the case anymore. The guy at the front desk should probably learn some hospitality etiquette as you interrogating your guests for why they’re staying here after providing my ID and seeing where I live is quite condescending. I just got back from staying at lovely hotels for WC and literally it was, how can we help you, checking in? Would you like any recommendations while you’re staying with us? Talk about the amenities on site, and thank me for choosing to stay with their establishment. Not why you here today? Well let’s see your a hotel and I paid that’s why I’m here. They are now being stingy with parking and charging $15 a night-this isn't seattle, this isn't DT, this isn't Bellevue (had I known of the change I'd much rather stay at the eastgate location) it's a massive flat parking lot. Then upon checkin it took the front desk attendant 15mins and mind you I'm the only person in line. She couldn't figure out how to place the deposit on my card. Then I finally get up to the room with my food I picked up to go that's now getting cold and ruined. I get smacked in the face with cigarette smoke! I put my stuff down and call back down, is this a smoking room???? She says no come back down, with my stuff or without??? Just you. I come back down and she gives me another room but now I gotta go back up and get my stuff to move it all down into this new room. Literally took me 30mins from the time I walked through their door to get to my room. That's ridiculous when I'm the only person in the lobby the entire time. Theirs 3x as many workers as there is me to check 1 person in. Then I get to my new room. I finally sit down my food is ruined and I don't even want to stay here anymore. Pretty sad when the Hilton across the parking lot has free parking and same pricing. So note to self I'll never stay here again. On top of all of this I go to use the bathroom and it doesn't even looked like it was cleaned! Straight up bare minimum below par experience. I will never stay here at this location ever again. Mind you it did get bad in here during Covid but then it got better again. Well idk if it's new ownership or what cause they also asked for my number and email like what you need that info for I already paid with hotels.com! If you're considering I would go across the parking lot to the Hilton. They also used to have fresh baked cookies upon check in and those are gone too.

Needs a bit of work, but great staff and safe location
Pros:

I stayed here for a few nights in July. There is much about this place that is very positive. The staff is great. The beds are comfortable. Everything was comfortable. The kitchens in the suites are really nice. The AC works well. The location is pretty good. The shuttle service to the airport is great (my driver was super cool). The furniture is a bit dated but really, really well made. The televisions are nice, big LG digital ones and they work really well. You get a lot of nice, fluffy towels. They are only a short distance from a Walmart so you can stock up for your stay. The area felt safe even at night. The rooms are really spacious too with plenty of closet space.

Now some things they should work on;
The kitchen in my suite was nice, but for some reason there was almost no flatware. There were absolutely no cooking utensils. I also wish their kitchens had toasters. There was also a shortage of wooden hangers. The WIFI worked great on the first day/night and then it had trouble for the remainder of my stay. The carpeting in the second floor hallway needs to be stretched. It is not loose enough to be a tripping hazard, but it does look bad. The shower items are unmarked so I wasn't really sure what products they used.

The breakfast was sad. It consisted of yogurt, bagels, cold cereal and milk. Some bananas on one day. Some little muffins on another day. One day, they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels because someone stole a container of cream cheese. The next morning they only had flavored cream cheese. If you want a good, hot breakfast, go out to eat.

Despite these things, I would recommend Larkspur Landing to anyone staying in Renton. It needs a little bit of love, but the great staff makes up for that.

It worked well for us after we called down to the front desk to complete our room
Pros:

The room was quiet. The hide a bed was comfortable for our daughter.

Cons:

The hide a bed had no bedding. Our room had hand towels or wash cloths for only two people. It was like housekeeping did not prepare the room correctly. The telephone had so much static I had to call down several times to complete my call.

Do not recommend this terrible experience
Pros:

Two ladies driving shuttle bus Rebecca and June

Cons:

To far from anything,no close shops, not clean, asked reception guy to fix few things (water didn’t work in kitchen sink,no electricity in power points in bathroom) totally ignored. The only good thing is shuttle bus but last day we had male driver who didn’t know where to go.In the end we were waiting hour and half and had to take uber though we rang them three times.

See you next Tuesday
Pros:

Generally very helpful staff. It’s quiet, fairly clean, and very convenient.

Cons:

After telling the staff upon check in that I wanted to use a different card and being told it would not be a problem, they proceeded to charge the wrong card and when I called to rectify the issue the staff did not put it on hold and I listened to their manager say “just tell him you’re not authorized and we won’t be able to do it until tomorrow” when I said I heard that whole conversation and asked if the person who is authorized who I just heard speak is able to look into it today or if they were going to blatantly stonewall me. I was met with the ladder. This is not a delivery of service as outlined in the contract and I will never stay with this chain again.

Cons:

It was very dirty. Sofa had stains in it as well as the carpet. Pull out sleeper pretty much was like lying on springs. I demanded a refund and left. The person at the front counter was very nice about it all. It needs to have a complete makeover!

Good thing it was only one night. Wouldn't have wanted to stay any longer.
Pros:

Their breakfast selections were pretty good. We liked the location a lot. It was really quite and super green around.

Cons:

I don't think the guy working the desk when we got there knew anything about the property. He asked what floor I wanted to be on. I said top floor. He then said "Ok, 4th floor. Wait we don't have a 4th floor." Gave us a 3rd floor room. Got into the elevator and there was a 4th floor. The carpets were all bubbling up, the hallways smelled like a cross between weed and grandmas potpourri. Got to the room and the keys didn't work. Went back to the desk and had them reissue us a key. While down there we asked if there was a pool. The guy says "I'm not sure". What?! How do you not know if your building has a pool or not? Finally go into the room and the room smells horrendous. Pretty sure they have some type of auto smell sprayer in the room. We reserved an Executive Suite so that our daughter could have her own room and Mom and Dad could stay up late. The pull out bed in the living room was a 2 inch thick mattress that had springs poking out of it. So had to change that idea and sleep on the king with her. There is no AC in the bedroom, so can't close the room door if you want to stay cool. In the morning, tried to take a shower but the drain was clogged.
