Well located, clean and comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Located very close to the city centre and good nearby bus and metro connections. The staff, especially Oscar at reception were super friendly and helpful in arranging activities.

Cons:

The breakfast option could have been better, but there is an excellent brunch facility, Instant Crunch, across the road.

Pros:

Clean room, air conditioning. Good location. Got a room with a good view (top floor). Elevator. Breakfast did not try.

Cons:

No kettle in the room (had to ask for hot water at reception). Bad noise insulation, noisy neighbors were right next door, and they were loud. Need to walk up the hill from metro to reach the hotel, so keep in mind if walking with luggage.

Pros:

Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro sia a piedi che con l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici. Pulito. Essenziale e funzionale. Personale della reception molto accogliente e disponibile. In particolare Helder ci ha dato tanti buoni consigli con un discreto italiano , rarità fra i portoghesi che difficilmente parlano Italiano.

Cons:

Qualche attaccapanni in più in camera e bagno sarebbe stato gradito.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van centrum
Pros:

Prima hotel, met airco, lift, voldoende stopcontacten, gratis wifi. Geen gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt. Voor ons op loopafstand van centrum (15 min), voldoende restaurants in de omgeving..stevig bed

Cons:

Wel steile straat omhoog vanaf de hoofdstraat. Wel wat gehorig, zowel geluiden van van binnen als van buiten.
