Posizione perfetta, il valore aggiunto è la strada senza uscita per cui non c’è traffico e la zona è molto silenziosa

The location is perfect and everything else was better than expected.
Pros:

Location was great! We enjoyed walking up to the Principe Real and in the Bairro Alto. The staff was very helpful.

It was a great, convenient stay!
Pros:

I booked the room that morning after a change of plans and it was as easy as if I'd booked weeks in advanced. The service was excellent, arrived before my room was ready and when I returned, they had put my bags in the room for me. The elevator was a great option after a long day of walking but the stairs were nice and easy too. Nice room, it was the perfect size for me, had all the essentials. Aircon unit worked fast and kept the room nice and cold during a hot time of year! Great bathroom, nice shower.

Cons:

Not much to dislike for me, it was perfect for my needs. The view wasn't anything special but I didn't care about that. For me, the room was a place to rest, cool down, and shower and it was perfect for that. It's on the smaller, simpler side, which might not be to everyone's liking. Room decor felt dated but again, it wasn't a concern for me.

Для короткого перебування дуже добре. Надовше я спме в уьому номері не зупиниласч б. Але по іінансах - дійсно бюджетно.
Pros:

Розташування хороше: і тихо, і близько до центру міста. Чисто. І ніяких неприємних запахів - для мене це важливо

Cons:

Дуже маленький простір, а темні стіни роблять його ще меншим. Вікно в двір. Кондиціонер дує прямо на подушку - це не дуже комфортно. Але кондиціонер є - і це дуже добре!

Great location. Room was clean and luckily I even had a view of the castle. Comfortable bed. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would absolutely choose it again.

Cons:

My first night my neighbors were loudly arguing and I realized the walls are thin. But I never had an issue again and stayed a total of 6 nights. So it wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
