Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Botânico and would absolutely recommend it! We stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience from beginning to end.

The location is excellent — very close to the city center and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see, while at the same time being on a quiet street where we always felt very safe.

Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to give us useful tips about Lisbon, explain how to get to the places we wanted to visit, and share recommendations that made exploring the city much easier.

We also had breakfast at the hotel twice and really enjoyed it. There was a great variety of options, and we found it definitely worth it.

Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. What really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they made an already lovely trip to Lisbon even better. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile, camera sufficientemente grande.

Cons:

Nessun mezzo pubblico arriva esattamente all'albergo, c'è da fare una salita/discesa oppure delle scale per raggiungere le fermate più vicine.
Dosatori di sapone poco pratici (o regolati male).

Pros:

En önemli özelliği konumunun merkezi olmasıydı. Oda temizliği konusunda memnun kaldık. Bulunduğumuz oda çok ferahtı, 3 kişiydik ama 4 kişilik geniş bir odada kaldık. Otel görevlileri yardımsever ve ilgili.

Cons:

Küçük bir detay olarak boyumuz duş askısına yetişmediği için biraz zorlandık.
