Overall great place to stay in a walking distance to KL attractions
Pros:

Location is great, as is staff.
We've made a last minute reservation (because of a problem with other hotel we planned to stay initially), and got room prepped for us in the middle of the night.
View from our room was very nice - Petronas towers, pavilion.

Cons:

Carpets in the room have seen some use, as did furniture.
Wish windows were cleaned on the outside.
