Delighted
Pros:

Fantastic room with a great view of the river and city. Had a wonderful stay and will come back again. The stafff were great, the breakfast was also excellent. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and efficient.

Great value and fantastic location.
Pros:

Close to the train station and a major mall. All the premises were in good shape. Next to the river and a path that I used to do my daily run.

Cons:

The hours of the restaurant could be extended.

Good location, would stay there again
Pros:

- Good location close to the train station (hence a bit further to the memorial park and city center, but that’s what we wanted)
- 30mins walk to the peace museum
- nice hotel staff
- bathroom not huge but bigger than the ones we had in other hotels in Japan

Cons:

- quite a small room with 2 suitcases
- breakfast had limited continental options (lots of hotels do in Japan, so it was not a big problem)

Overall satisfied but amenities did not measure up to other stays during our trip. The Staff was exceptional.
Pros:

Only a 10 minute walk to the train station and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

TV was difficult to navigate. No coffee available outside of dining hours.
