No complaints. Room size was wonderful. Staff were friendly. They arranged an early morning ride to the airport for us. No real complaints or kudos. Worth the cost.
The hotel itself is about 15 mins walk from Hiroshima Station. The location is okay, you can easily walk to the good food and touristy parts of Hiroshima from there. The room itself was very small - it was sold as an economy twin and if I had been travelling alone it would have been fine. I was travelling with a friend and this room was totally inappropriate for that - the twin beds were joined together so there was no gap between them (one person would have had to crawl from the bottom to get in as they would have had the other bed on one side and the wall on the other side). We went down to reception to see if we could have paid for an upgrade, but there were no other rooms available (there was a school conference going on, so lots of teens in the hotel - found this out when going out that evening as we had to wait over 15mins for an elevator going down, ended up jumping in the first one with space going up just to go back down as otherwise it would have been even longer) - the staff tried their best and came back to the room with us to see what they could do. They were able to remove a small table and seat so we'd at least have some space for our suitcases, but said they couldn't move the corner sofa as it was fixed in. Once they left we found out it wasn't and physically moved that ourselves so it was between the 2 beds, making it into a proper twin room. The beds were standard singles. Good toiletries provided in the bathroom, and tea/coffee along with 2 bottles of water daily. A long nightshift was provided but it was so see-through to be pointless. The bathroom had a large window facing into the room - you could literally sit on the toilet and look directly at the person on the bed. Thankfully there was a blind you could pull down, however the bathroom light still shone into the bedroom so could wake someone up. I'm not sure if any of the other rooms had this porno bathroom window, but would definitely not stay here again. There was a large curtain covering the entire wall to the outside view, but it turns out only a small window, the net curtain had a large coffee/tea stain.
Clean room nice staff near station, many restaurants nearby
Hotel room is clean. Distance to train station is 20 minutes walk away. If I return, I will book a hotel nearer to train station.
The breakfast was great, lots of different variety of Japanese and western food and it was delicious. Room was clean and staff was friendly. It was about 10 min walk from the Hiroshima train station. We would definitely stay again.
Clean room, well stocked, convenient location within walking distance of everything.

Room was clean. Small but you expect that in Japan. Bed was very hard. Location was excellent. Breakfast was pretty good.
The room was clean with all amenities available. Staff were friendly and helpful and it as a 10-minute walk to train station. The breakfast was excellent with a large number of menu items.
Rooms small however they were clean with toiletries and robe/slippers provided. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to the riverside - with walking path and sitting areas.
Comfortable bed, good location - easy walkable to the main station for Shinkansen! Only thing to note was the air con was loud at times
Staff were friendly and rooms were cleaned, just a bit small.
Great location. Walking distance to Hiroshima JR Station (around 10 minutes) and key attractions. Staff members are very helpful and speak fluent English which is great help. We stayed on a high floor room with nice scenery facing the river. Room is clean, comfortable bedding and good shower. We also like the buffet breakfast. Not a big buffet but has a variety of good selections.
Room was smaller than expected. And the bathroom was small
The property was within comfortable walking distance of Hiroshima Station. It is also a short walk to the Shukkeien Garden, which is beautiful!
Wonderful and wonderful views too!
My room, though it was supposed to be non-smoking, was still reeking of cigarette smell and gave me a headache.
Very nice hotel. Would definitely stay again!!
Smoothly checked in, and the reception staff provided excellent service.
Staff were not able to communicate in English well.
