Forgot suitcase
Pros:

Quite, comfortable and had nice staff. We left a suitcase behind and staff called to let me know so I could have someone pick it up.

Cons:

Could use a little more cleaning.

Close proximity to everything. Buildingis keyed entry so it provides some security from public

Small bathroom and room is very out dated. There is one elevator that’s gets very busy.

Nice, decent Inn close to I-5, with hot breakfast.
Pros:

The Green Tree Inn is at the end of Pacific Beach, CA. While nothing fancy, the rooms older but are clean and comfortable. We've stay here multiple times since our son moved down to the area. A decent hot breakfast in the breakfast room with eggs, sausage and potatoes w/peppers, toast, cereal and yogurt. Friendly staff, easy on and off I- 5. Decent price, especially during week day stays.

Nice front desk staff. Same breakfast all three days. Nothing different. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Pros:

The hot water never got hot in shower. Had to switch rooms. Good location to everything. Room was clean. I would rate it a 3 or 4.
