Pros:

We had the double queen balcony room, and it was excellent. Very spacious with places to put your stuff, which was so nice. The beds are so comfortable, pillows are good as well. There is no wet bathroom (yeah) with a hot shower. The receptionist speaks very good English. It's right across from the Central Market and great food options.

Cons:

L’eau sortait un peu de la cabine de douche. Ce n’est pas l’hôtel le plus central mais très proche à pied des lieux principaux.

Vị trí đối diện chợ Sapa, di chuyển thuận tiện đến các địa điểm checkin, xung quanh có nhiều cửa hàng tiện ích.
Phòng rộng rãi, tiện nghi, ấm áp.

Pros:

Hotel bien localisé. Dans la salle de bain, la douche est séparée avec une cloison.
Petit déjeuner buffet sympa, on recommande 😊

Cons:

La lumière de la chambre était très forte et cassée (clignotait), il n’y avait pas de petites lumières.
Ça sentait un peu le renfermé mais il est possible d’aérer.

Exceptional hotel and top quality service
Pros:

Excellent stay at Sapa full house hotel. Perfect location near the bus stand and great value for money. Ngoc at the reception was exceptional and provided extremely useful information about nearby places to visit and scenic routes in the area. She also helped me book a sleeper bus and coordinate timings with my flight in Hanoi. Would recommend for a budget stay

A 2 mn de la gare routière, ouvert 24/24 vraiment top pour une arrivée de nuit ou un départ. Très bien situé pour visiter Sa pa, son marché. La serviabilité de la responsable pour faciliter et conseiller sur les visites à faire, etc. Un plus, l’ascenceur pour les étages lorsque l’on a des bagages…
