There are so many wonderful things to highlight about this place! The bed was so comfortable and spacious. Our host was amazing. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to help with any questions or needs we had.

Breakfast was modest yet delicious,. Our host personally served us authentic Vietnamese dishes to expand on our culinary experience. The hotel is also conveniently located right next to a local market, making it the perfect spot to shop for small souvenirs and sample a variety of delicious local delicacies.

Overall, a lovely stay particularly memorable by the warm hospitality of the host.

Value for money, good location.
Pros:

they served breakfast which was quite sumptuous and good spread. buffet style - meaning you can eat all you want before leaving, but would also want to save some space for other good food. location is good and near the central/bus pick-up point. there is lift in the hotel - no need to lug the luggage up 5 flights of stairs. receptionist was really friendly. hot shower was good and refreshing.

Cons:

nothing, really. no leeway for late checkout - had to pay fees, which is understandable but would be great if it was free.

Convenient location, beautiful hospitality and yummy breakfast
Pros:

The kindness from the receptionist was beyond amazing. Our last day after the check out was done, she put away our suitcases for us and allowed us to have a shower before our next stop. Breakfast was very good with a range of different meals. Location you have Sapa Night Market right in front and four minutes far from the bus station coming from Ha Noi. Very convenient 👌🏼

Great location next to the bus station and across from the main market, a short walk to the lake, bars, restaurants etc.

Ngoc the receptionist was lovely always helpful and fun

Wonderful.
