Really friendly and attentive staff that go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. super convenient location. close to everything and nice and quiet, very comfy beds and pillows. they were even kind enough to offer us free upgrades to bigger rooms with extra amenities! breakfast was great with a big selection of different variety’s of food. staff were kind enough to offer to prepare extra when i arrived late! 10/10 stay.

Facility needs improvement
Pros:

Good location to visit Sa Pa market, 20 min walk to Stone Church. Staff are helpful.

Cons:

TV and AC are not consistently working. No phone in room to contact with reception staff to fix problems.

Markt, ab 6:00 sehr laut. Uns wurde angeboten nach hinten raus zu wohnen, was wir aber abgelehnt haben.
Die Zimmer nach hinten die wir gesehen haben sind sehr dunkel, was mit den dunklen Wänden noch verstärkt wird.
Unser Zimmer nach vorne 502 im 5ten Stock war abgewohnt. Vorhänge und Gardinen mit Löchern und verschlissen. Von der Duschkabine hing eine Glastüre nach unten weil eine Aufhängung fehlte.
Reinigung der Zimmer sehr oberflächlich.
Das Zimmer hat stark gemuffelt
Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück uninteressiert und jeden Morgen unmotiviert (lagen lieber am Handy in einem hinteren Raum am Boden )
Es fehlte ständig etwas und wurde nicht nachgefüllt obwohl noch 1 Stunde Frühstückszeit war.
Jeden Morgen musste ich nach hinten gehen und auffordern etwas nachzufüllen (Eier, Brot, Obst, Butter, Marmelade etc. etc.)
Die Tische waren immer sehr schmutzig und fettig.

We had the double queen balcony room, and it was excellent. Very spacious with places to put your stuff, which was so nice. The beds are so comfortable, pillows are good as well. There is no wet bathroom (yeah) with a hot shower. The receptionist speaks very good English. It's right across from the Central Market and great food options.
