Initial check in was very male orientated with my husband receiving receptive and non biased check in. Small rooms with trying to give us a twin bed instead of queen bed I reserved.
The rooms need a small refrigerator and microwave but overall a very place to stay. Very clean and neat.

Mediocre
They do not have family rooms. We booked a room for three. They can’t accommodate that. The problem is that this was not specified when booking. Staff was Unwilling to help. Ended up cramping in a queen bed.
Toilet roll is a serious issue, i mean if you havent got it the towels and curtains are serious contenders. We asked several time a day for toilet roll but even though promised they never came. Tip for you is to raid the toilets in the basement which are fully stocked. Will never stay in a Mercure Hotel againterrible, glad to leav.
Good hotel with decent and clean rooms. Location is a pain with cases on public transport being a chore to get to/from metro station and too far to walk from the bahnhof. Skipped breakfast as it was too expensive an used nearby cafes.
Clean and comfortable room. Good shower. Decent size tv too which was nice. Coffee machine in the room was great. Friendly staff in the bar. Excellent, secure luggage storage too. Close to a mall/food options.
Decent place for the price. Bit of a far walk to the train station. Room smelled a bit like smoke.
We stayed here for the Stuttgart Beerfestival as a big stag do group. Location is good, central enough and 20-30 minutes from most places you want to get to. Hotel was good - easy check in and no problems with the stay. Has everything you need and good value for money.
Nice, modern hotel. Mostly a “business “ hotel. Located in a very busy business sector of the city. No restaurants or attractions around, although near a subway stop.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, and everything was in great order. Overall excellent stay at this hotel.
A wonderful week in a enjoyable city to explore and the Hotel was in a good location.
