Building was very rundown the carpets in the lobby where very worn out, the ceiling in the lobby had cracked glasses and rainwater was dripping through very poor conditions in the lobby and
Not worthy of a star rating
Worst experience ever in my life.
Staff was impolite
I asked for late chck out in night to the night manger he denied as he said they are sold out but when i checked online rooms were available.
I had to pay full night charge and extend the room.
Worst hospitality i have ever seen in my life.
Room door was actually open when we arrived. Bathroom sink was choked.
The facilities are good. The restaurants are good. But the rooms are in bad shape. The bathrooms def need an upgrade. The workmanship is shoddy. The floor lobby that leads up to the room looks dingy. The carpet is stained. The facilities are fine the rooms are not. It is walking distance from the domestic terminal.
Save your money. Checkin took forever. When I arrived at my room there were no towels, the WIFI was not working, and no menu for mini bar to know what drinks and snacks cost. Called three times to finally get a wifi code so it would work. Had to make a separate call to get towels. Had to call three more times and talk to four different people to get the mini bar menu. Before they would give it to me they required a deposit of 5k Rupee. No info on how to get the TV working so that was another call. The lady forgot something at checkin so came to room for my passport and visa. First of the five hotels I stayed at during my time in India that asked to see a copy of my visa paperwork. The bell man and the people that stand outside greeting cars and such are the only good thing this hotel has going for it. They were super nice and very helpful!
The property is alright, but the bathrooms are dated. The restaurant felt overpriced, but the service was good. We stayed because it was close to the airport. Not a bad option if you get it on a deal.
Room is not clean
Carpet not clean
Breathtaking hotel and amazing central restaurants and area.
Breakfast was great and staff very pleasant.
Bit tired and room really needed a deep clean, but that’s being really picky.
Definitely stay again!
FOH staff helpful as they assisted us in giving our room early. Some of the staff could be more pleasant and give a smile now and again. Room service was not very good. Rooms do not need carpets as is smells stail 😔
Overpriced, and down at heel. The main attraction of this hotel is it's proximity to the airport.
Everything is worn and falling to pieces.
Towels are stained, bedsheets torn etc.
The staff were not ever competent. I had big disruption flying from London (the first time I stayed) - and emailed them to tell them the next flight I could get was two days away. When I arrived they had cancelled my booking.
I couldn't get the lights to work so showered in the dark this time.
For £100 a night for a single bed and no breakfast in India - there has been a full range of much better options around.
All went well No complain Only we needed. more side towels in the restroom Only one was provided
Anyone planning on considering staying at this property, kindly don’t waste your time here. The hotel is dated with carpet stains all over. The housekeeping staff is one of the worst I have come across my entire life. The restrooms have cockroaches. Anything that you call for takes multiple phone calls. The duty managers don’t care for their guests. The in room dinning team takes their own sweet time and isn’t apologetic and turns around and says that you will never get pipping hot food as it takes time from the kitchen to the room.
It was booked for my parents who are elderly and I wanted to give them a luxurious experience. Unfortunately the message was not passed to them about the breakfast timing and they missed out on that even though I paid for the breakfast. Not the experience I would expect from a highly-rated hotel.
It was great, However little more expensive. Food quality needs improvement.
Could have improved with rooms.
Good looking hotel but bad service. Didn’t see staff smiling at all, like they hate their jobs.
Again, if you are used to stay at Taj or Marriott, then this property is not for you.
Loved the hotel and the room
Only thing they can improve is the breakfast spread
Amazing hotel. Beautiful property. Great location. Brilliant dining options.
Rooms feel a bit dated but otherwise nice and spacious.
We'd stay again.
Best stay I have ever had. The staff was super courteous.
