Geräumiges Zimmer mit guter Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Lage super, Personal sehr bemüht sowie höflich und nett! Unser Badezimmer war anfangs nicht sehr sauber, jedoch wurde auf Nachfrage sofort eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt (auch zu welcher Uhrzeit diese durchgeführt werden soll wurde gefragt) - danach insgesamt alles passend!
Geräumige Zimmer.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag war das Bad nicht ordentlich sauber - wie gesagt jedoch auf Nachfrage sofort Grundreinigung und danach war alles passend.

Parcheggio e assistenza è un problema la stanza bella con vasca bella ma sporca .

Il ceck in è andato bene , il ragazzo è stato molto gentile e professionale . La vasca idromasaggio è molto grande e bella , anche la stanza in sé non è male .

Cons:

Partiamo dal Parcheggio , poco chiaro non si capisce nulla abbiamo chiamato la struttura 3 volte di cui la prima non si comunque spiegata bene e le altre 2 volte non ha risposto . Alla fine visto che la nostra machina è più alta di 1 metro e 95 cm abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro parcheggio …. Riguardo la stanza la vasca idromasaggio era molto sporca accendendola fuoriuscivano capelli e sporcizia . Alla fine abbiamo deciso di non usarla . È un ultima cosa per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo almeno una bottiglia d’acqua , uno spazzolino da dente monouso , delle sciabattine invece nulla di tutto questo . Siamo rimasti un po delusi .

Excellent location, clean, with friend staff. Definitely recommend
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of the CBD, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay and lots of bars/restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless with good amenities. The bathroom is dated but clean with a great shower. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

It was walking distance to Kings Park, where I attended a concert. It is modern, comfy bed, tv, little kitchenette and loved the chaser couch with the office desk.

Parking is off-site. No restaurant on-site (although cafes within walking distance). Would be good to have just an option for continental breakfast room service.

Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The room had the feel it needs maintenance. A small hole on the door. The air-con vents need cleaning. Just small things that wouldn't take long to fix.
