I will make this my go to place now in the city. Close to everything. Waking distance, trains, actually all transport and medical, city centre, restaurants, activities. Front staff were friendly, professional, always helpful. It was a home away from home. Thankyou Citadines.
The sound from rooms close by were the only thing. The rooms at times were not quiet almost like our walls were not sound proof. It would not stop us staying again though.
Excellent location! Walkable distance to the jetty( where you can catch ferry to Rottnest island and to Swan River), walkable distance to china town too.
Huge bee, great size of the room
No views
Would be great to have simple oil, salt and sugar in the kitchen ( we enjoy having breakfast in the room before starting the day) a Woolies close by
The location was perfect for the purpose of my medical trip. As a menopausal woman, I appreciated to be able to control the temp in my room and I liked that the was a spare blanket in the wardrobe. The staff were friendly. The room size was generous. I like that there is a safe and little kitchenette. For someone in a wheeler chair (which I am not), the room and bathroom is well thought of for access.
The "view" from my window onto other rooms and a square of concrete building was depressing and claustrophobic (as I couldnt open any window for fresh air). Although it was nice to see the bathroom was built for wheelchair access, the sink was quite low for someone not in a wheelchair (and I have a lower back issue). Also when one of my neighbour used their shower, I could hear quite loudly the water in through the walls. Regarding the lack of sound proofing of the rooms, I could hear the other neighbour when he coughed or talked with his companion. So I was quite aware of the lack of privacy.
Location.
Bothing
So close to Perth CBD
The room was very functional with plenty of clothes hanging storage and other storage. The moveable table was a great idea. I think we stayed in the disabled room, so the bathroom was nice and spacious. Close to Dome. Close to the convention centre which was a priority.
I know this is something that is out of your control but not having parking with the hotel and having to park elsewhere was probably the only thing that I didn't like.
Comfy clean. Needed to extend stay and able to stay in same room on similar rate even though booked via booking.com
Loved the toiletries. Would be good to have some body lotion too!
The location and the reception staff were lovely
Enjoyed our stay.
I absolutely loved the spa 🛁 I appreciate the 🛁 Thankyou 💯👏 Oh and Thankyou for the SSB wine as it was my birthday 🎂 🥳 How much did that cost us please???
The only anxiety was the thought of our vehicle parked 7min walking distance in a public car park, however the bonus was a discount offer from Citadines 👏Thankyou...
Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The accommodation is very conveniently located in Perth CBD, within walking distance of attractions such as Elizabeth Quay, Transperth stations including Elizabeth Quay and Perth Underground, several Transperth bus stops, and a Woolworths supermarket. It is also located next to the Parmelia Hilton, making tour pick-up and drop-off exceptionally convenient.
The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and friendly, greeting guests warmly whenever we entered or left the property. We would especially like to commend Ms Tina from Reception for her outstanding hospitality. She has such a bubbly and cheerful personality and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. She remembered us and even asked how our tours to Swan Valley and the Pinnacles had gone, which was a thoughtful personal touch. She also promptly assisted us with additional toiletries and a box of tissues upon request.
The rest of the team were equally helpful. When the power in our room accidentally tripped after using our portable kettle, assistance arrived promptly and the issue was resolved quickly.
Finally, the beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night’s sleep every night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Perth.
The only drawbacks during our stay were that the adjacent rooms are very close to one another, so noise can travel quite easily at times. Additionally, the kitchenware in the kitchenette could be cleaned more thoroughly or replaced when necessary, as we noticed some stains from previous users, particularly on the spatula.
Comfortable bed, spacious rooms and central location
Numerous maintenance issues in my room including a water leak in the ceiling that dripped throughout my 3 night stay.
Dark and uninviting reception area as well as a strong unpleasant chemical smell as you enter building
