Location, location, location
Pros:

Location was fantastic, I attended a conference and it was so close to PCEC and Elizabeth Quay. The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little dated for the price point, however no issue as it was pristine.

Sorry that seem no one can help me out of this situation, I gave up my 1st night rental @AUD241 and rebooked to another

After all the staff let me go is kinda helpful.

Cons:

The photos are vastly different from reality; the hygiene is poor, and the overall atmosphere is cramped and dark. Extremely low value for money.
If this hotel is worth 8.4 points, what are the rating criteria? You can say I was misled by the photos.

Below standard.
Pros:

I enjoyed the location. The proximity to all beautiful Perth has to offer was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Elizabeth Quay, the Convention Centre and King Street plus its in easy reach of Forrest Place.

Cons:

The overwhelming smell of chemicals and no opening windows made me feel ill. The foyer is tiny and not welcoming at all. No food available for room service. I was charged $45 for overnight parking (parked where they told me to park) Basic room with outdated decor and frugal amenities.

Great location and hotel for Perth City short stay 👌
Pros:

Great Location, spacious comfortable room with all amenities provided. Reception team so helpful and courteous👍

Cons:

Lot of work going on in ground floor if those facilities had been available would be nice to relax, have a drink etc.
Room only has small window into courtyard , dark and no outside view.

Good location apartment hotel 15mins from station & Elizabeth Quay
Pros:

Good location 15 mins walk from Perth train station.
Room had all amenities you could need with microwave/ fridge etc. Comfortable bed.
Reception staff very pleasant & helpful

Cons:

Room had very small window to rear & was dark.
Certainly not a luxury option but fine for a night or so.
