We loved absolutely everything about this property, only wished we’d discovered it sooner. The room was so spacious, very clean & comfortable & the staff were incredibly professional yet friendly.

Location was ideal, the CAT buses were accessible for CBD. We went to Ivy and Jack for breakfast Buffett highly recommend for the price, not far from hotel and great price. Paid $10 for overnight parking. Overall satisfied with our stay and price was reasonable to others we searched in the area. Reception staff friendly and accomodating as well.
Had issues syncing to the Chrome-cast/TV. We only had 1 night stay so it didn’t bother us too much.

TV was set in Japanese language and was difficult to reset to english.
Great location, close to everything in city. I was upgraded to a luxurious Premier Studio. It was a spacious room with an enormous spa bath in the bedroom. There was a separate large bathroom also. The room was spotless and the view of the lit up city building on the terrace was beautiful. Wonderful 24 hour service from the staff. The hotel felt extremely safe and welcoming.

Great location close to CBD, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Comfortable and spacious room with quality furnishings. We were very satisfied overall.
Nothing negative to mention
It’s near the city centre, staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. At least there was a kettle, bath body wash. There’s at least a communal washing machine and dryer. There’s wifi available
The room which my mum and I got is incredibly old and there isn’t much good facilities. The bathroom shower was not really clean unfortunately with the sides being rusty and some mould noted. There was a lot of dust in the room which made my mum and I sneezed a lot. It’s also really tricky to find the hotel parking and entrance being really small/narrow so the only way to get in and park is through really slow reverse park (parking is 30aud per night btw).
