Fint sted, men forferdelig dårlig service fra mangers side.

Perfekt beliggenhet og fine rom. Slitt, en rent.

Cons:

Da vi skulle sjekke ut, mente manager at vi skulle betale 2000 euro mer enn tilbudet vi hadde fått (og betalt for). Etter en telefon til Booking.com droppet han kravet, men det var en veldig uproff og negativ slutt på ferien. Ingen beklagelse eller noe. Samme person ba også om 1 euro for å skifte badehåndklær. Aldri opplevd lignende.

Neither the rooms nor the pool or the all-industrial breakfast (even in high season) met a 4 stars hotel expectations.
Rooms need a serious update (the hairdryer was broken, the shower drain cover was loose, etc), the pool it doesn’t look like a proper pool, specially not for a 4 stars hotel.
Breakfast was disappointing in all sense, supermarket mini yogurts, sweets that were not fresh, cold eggs, old bread.
The shower walls were not properly cleaned before or during our stay, some black spots of humidity were visible in them.
Travelling with a baby, we had to call reception bc the room was done only superficially, meaning the floor was never cleaned up.
Overall a good experience, staff was super helpful, location is a 10 and the beach and Sitges town were amazing but it shouldn’t be sold as a 4 stars hotel.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool is a great resource and the beach is super close☺
Pros:

The room was very clean and housekeeping services attended everyday and the beds including the extra sofa bed were very comfortable.

Cons:

The AC in the room was an old system so it wasn’t very cooling at night
