A good experience.
Pros:

Car park on site.
3 big rooms in my suite lge tv in front room and another in bedroom. Big bathroom good shower. Gardens are very nice well looked after. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Book in time is 4 pm which I think is very late. Most places book in is st 2 pm. Reception did manage to get me in at 3 pm.

Pedimos cama de matrimonio y nos enviaron a la última habitación del rsort y tenía 2 camas y nos tocó volver y nos dieron otra habitación con cama de matrimonio pero bastante pequeña.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was superb. The rooms were a little dated but always very clean each day. The restaurant was excellent. The layout of the bungalow style rooms within the tropical setting gave us memories of Bali. The staff were very firendly and attentive

Pros:

Flott nyoppusset Bar med gode viner, fantastisk barkeeper. Nydelig hotellområdet med utendørsbasseng og palmelund. Kort vei til palme parken, verd et besøk. Koste oss veldig.

Cons:

Fikk et rom som hadde trengte renovering. Ser at de holder på med renovering i alle bungalow på området.

Agradable hotel en el Palmeral
Pros:

Ubicación excelente, personal excelente, las instalaciones donde está distribuido el hotel, una preciosa piscina en entorno agradable, desayuno bueno pero problemático.

Cons:

El desayuno, no su contenido sino la sala del mismo, con un número ingente de personas, muchos niños y jóvenes, que hicieron que el desayuno fuese un auténtico calvario, insoportable, de no repetir, pues el personal de servicio podría haber tomado alguna medida y no hizo nada.
