Tranquil hotel
Pros:

Great location, amazing pool area. Room comfy and spacious. Relaxing and peaceful. Lots of choice at breakfast.

Cons:

People placing towels on sunbeds all day and not using them!
There was a long wait for service at the bar.
It takes a while for the water to run hot in the shower.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

La habitación está bien, aunque se nota que falta una actualización del baño y de la pintura exterior, lo demás bien cama cómoda y todo limpio. El desayuno bufé muy bueno y te preparan huevos al gusto en el momento, café muy bueno pero no el de la máquina, si no el que te preparan huevos los camareros con la máquina italiana. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados

Disappointing - horrible start to our honeymoon, glad we didnt stay long.
Pros:

Location, and the setting- really tranquil oasis in the middle of the city.
Lovely rooms, we had a suite, as we were staying for our honeymoon
Breakfast was lovely, well organised, continental, clean and great coffee made by Aaron
Pool area lovely and clean

Cons:

Restaurant, and bar…. It takes nothing to acknowledge you, but bar just short on staff, so had to wait ages to get a drink, so didnt bother. Just felt like we were not welcome, No pool service, which is ok, if you can get served at the bar! There was a French barman who was actually quite rude.
Food, ate in the one and only restaurant, first night was good, but 2nd night staff were just more attentive to other tables, so much so we just upped and left. Not a great choice if you prefer vegetarian. Didn’t bother eating there again.
picked this hotel for a few days of luxury for our honeymoon, wished we hadn’t bothered! Was told by reception, if you wanted them to acknowledged your honeymoon ( i did advise when booking) that we should have booked the “celebratory” package! Can’t see this on booking.com
They have some lovely “egg” chairs by the pool, but these are roped off, as needed to contact reception to use, no doubt had to pay… we didnt bother

A great experience but a little on the expensive side for what u get.
Pros:

The breakfast although we got charged for the departure day despite telling them clearly we wished not to eat that day.
The location is very beautiful, nice and smiling personel. Lovely place and also great food on both Veranda and Els Capenellas

Cons:

The hotel room was very dark, the ventilator made noise when on, weird decor regarding the bathroom. Not ideal.

Extremely disappointing the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are like 1980s campsite wooden huts.
Pros:

I have never stayed in a hotel where the photos and reviews are so far away from reality. I have stayed in this town previously in a much better and cheaper hotel.
