L’hôtel est super bien situé, à 10min du centre. Dans un calme au beau milieu des palmiers. Tout est bien entretenu, que ça soit les jardin ou la piscine, les restaurants.. c’était top!
Le point négatif serait le restaurant du soir, c’était bien travaillé mais je trouvais ça très cher pour le peu qu’on avait dans nos assiettes…( il n’y avait pas de féculents mise à part le pain..). Certains restaurant à l’extérieur de l’hôtel sont bien moins cher pour de la bonne qualité aussi!

-No facilitan una estancia agradable. Siempre con el No por delante.
-Llegada: Tras protestar, me entregaron la habitación a las 16: 20 h (aún había cola de 8 habitaciones pendientes).
-A pesar de mi discapacidad, me asignaron la última habitación (había que recorrer 300 m hasta la puerta del hotel u otros servicios.
-A la salida, solicité ayuda por el equipaje y me dieron alcance en el camino a la media hora.
-En recepción no nos informaron de nada, por lo que había que preguntar para cada cuestión.
-Pedimos toallas en recepción para la piscina a las 11h y No, se habían terminado. Qué volviéramos cuando se las trajeran.
- En el bar de la piscina todas las mesas son para comer y en las dos primeras (únicas libres)tampoco te sirven porque pertenecen a la cafetería.(La cafetería está todo el día cerrada). Quisimos una botella de agua en la piscina y tuvimos que desistir porque NO podían cargarla en la habitación (había que pasar por recepción).
-En la habitación tuvimos un problema "fuerte" de limpieza que después nos solucionaron, claro.
La falta de organización y de profesionalidad de los empleados y el protocolo hacen que el hotel sea solo pretencioso.

Lage und Entfernung zum Zentrum war wirklich gut. Abendessen und Bedienung wirklich Weltklasse.. 200 m entfernt ein gratis Parkplatz, somit kann man 14,— pro Tag sparen, sofern man einen freien Platz bekommt..
Zimmer nicht mehr so aktuell wie auf Online Fotos, schon ein wenig abgewohnt.. Zimmer allesamt keine Terrasse, für Raucher gibt es einen einzigen Raucherbereich am gesamten Areal..
El personal muy atento, servicial y simpático. Las instalaciones bien cuidadas, la zona piscina muy bonita, el chico de los cocketls un crack.
La habitación amplia y cama XL, muy cómoda.
La comida y cena en el restaurante expectacular, pedimos paella de rape y cigalas....buenísima!! Y los camareros un 10.
Sin duda repetiremos.
La piscina está genial, muy buena reforma, zona de playa, escalones donde disfrutar, y la ambientación del hotel es muy chula, y las habitaciones están bastante bien, aunque no tengan baño como tal.
El baño no filtra bien olores al no tener salida con ventana, y huele bastante a pis. La chica de recepción Andrea, es muy mala, nos quería hacer pagar otra vez la estancia, no se enteraba de nada. El desayuno es sin más. Y hay que pagar parking si o sí porque por las inmediaciones es casi imposible encontrar hueco (13 Euros al día).
