Decepcion total y servicio nefasto.

El servicio y el trato del personal nefasto, dejo muchisimo que desear, en especial los recepcionistas, para lo poco que nos ayudaron sobraban bastante. Ningun interes ni medio en hacernos la estancia confortable.
Teniamos las expectativas altas y nos decepciono totalmente.
No nos volveran a ver por alli, cero recomendable, ademas calidad precio un robo.
Varios conocidos tenian interes en conocer la zona y alojarse alli y al contar nuestra experiencia tienen claro que por ahi no pasan.

Pros:

Todo. Tercer año que repetimos. Para nosotros es sinónimo de paz y relax. La piscina, la vegetación, en si todo el hotel es increíble, pero sin duda el personal hace que la experiencia ya sea al completo, son todos encantadores y siempre dispuestos ayudarte.

Cons:

Todo me gusta, pero si tuviera que poner un pero sería que no es adult only. Me encantan los niños pero reconozco que hay padres que no tienen mucho miramiento.
