Que booking no me avisara del parking tube que pagarlo aparte ,que en el restaurante si te pedías carne venia poca ,y mas variedad de ensalada verde la de toda la vida .ala salida me querían cobrar del minibar cosas que no habíamos consumido .

Shocking health hazard, mis-sold room, and terrible service. An extremely disappointing 4-star stay.
Pros:

The grounds of the hotel are visually pleasant and the pool area is lovely.

Cons:

We paid a premium price for a Triple Oasis Room expecting a 4-star experience, but it was mis-sold and extremely disappointing.

Arriving late at night, we woke up to find the entire area directly outside our room completely dug up with exposed pipes. We had to cross loose wooden boards over open trenches just to step out of our door, presenting an obvious health and safety hazard. Heavy, noisy construction started early in the morning right outside, completely ruining any chance of resting, and we were never warned about active works.

Service across the hotel was atrocious and felt hostile. At breakfast, a waiter explicitly refused to serve me a barista coffee, claiming he was too busy, immediately after I watched him serve the exact same coffee to another guest right before me. When escalated, the manager was shocked, apologized, and brought it over herself, but staff also routinely offered hot menu items to other tables while ignoring us.

At dinner on night one, we sat for 25 minutes before anyone took a drink order, while local Spanish guests who arrived after us were promptly served. We were never told dinner reservations were mandatory, so on night two we were nearly turned away and eventually shuffled inside where staff treated us like a burden. Ordering at the bar was equally painful, waiting over 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. Finally, at check-out, no one bothered to ask how our stay was. The hotel completely fails basic hospitality standards.
