Freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption

Cons:

Ein sehr misstrauischer Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum, der mir die zuvor an der Rezeption gebuchte Tüte mit dem Lunchpaket nicht genehmigen wollte.

Insgesamt waren meine Frau und ich zufrieden, bis auf die fehlenden Ladestationen für E-Autos.

Cons:

Mir wurde am Telefon gesagt, dass sich in der Tiefgarage zwei Ladestationen für E-Autos befinden. Ich habe dann beim Auschecken erfahren, dass keine Ladestellen vorhanden sind. Als Entschädigung für die Falschauskunft hat man mir die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 27,-- € erlassen.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Check-In war überfordert, weil Technik wohl defekt war. Das Hotel macht keinen einladenden Eindruck: Empfang sieht nüchtern aus, wie eine Bahnhofshalle. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

Heel fijn hotel!
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Cons:

Mocht je met de auto komen en die onder het hotel wil parkeren dan is dat nogal duur maar dit komt omdat het een publieke parkeergarage is
